New 2016 Sportsman 570 upgrades
Question
#1 Should I get 26", 27", or 28" Zilla tires? (I have already purchased aftermarket 12×7 ITP SS316 Matte Black wheels) No rubbing allowed. Not interested in testing axle strengths. What tire size is "safe", but largest upgrade…
#2 What brands should be my next economical upgrades for the following items and are they even needed?
2" lift? Front, Back, or both…There are options from $40 to $300
clutch kit? Heard a lot of people talking about it. The 570 seems to have torque to spare. Do I need it?
exhaust? Brand and why?
What other obvious upgrades am I missing?
I ride for pleasure and rarely ever push my machine. I ride mostly dry hard pack, some gravels, some mud, a trip to Windrock every 8 weeks or so. I am looking for upgrades that improve appearance and ride quality.
Looking forward to everyone’s knowledge….
Thanks!

’85 250 fourtrax issues.
I have since changed the oil several times, because the issue keeps reoccuring. My plug fouls when it happens and I shut it off and drain the oil. I thought it was because my petcock was malfunctioning and allowing gas to flow into the carb, I short of replacing the petcock i installed an inline to ensure no fuel is flowing when it is shut off. I changed the oil and made sure every thing was good and lubricated before starting. She fired like a dream, and after allowing her to warm up, took her for a spin with out incident and rode for around an hour.
I parked it on a flat surface next to my house shut off the fuel immediately at both the petcock and inline and proceeded to my next project for the day. The next day I go to start her and the Kickstart is amazingly light and she refuses to start. I shut it off key and fuel. When I unscrew my dipstick, yet again, oil thinned by copious amounts of gas pours from it.
Sorry for the excessively long post, and I’m sure as a newbie I have forgotten to include some piece of pertinent information, so if any question is unaswered, please ask away. I would prefer this problem be solved before winter get here all the way as I plan to use it for farm work and hunting. Thanks I advance folks!
Grizzly 660 cooling fan intermittent problem
After it heats up again, the fan runs very weakly and cuts on and off. The grizzly keeps getting hotter and hotter and the voltage at the battery is about 13.4. I turn the machine off with the key on and the fan runs strong again while still cutting on and off.
The temp light on the meter does not come on at any point and at about 245 degrees F, I shut the machine off for fear of overheating.
I have a new battery, new Spal cooling fan, new cooling fan circuit breaker, new thermo switches at the radiator and at the head, new thermostat and new water pump.
I’m at a loss. Any input is appreciated.

Sportsman 570 EPS steering not working correctly
Took it to dealer and they have never seen this before. They contacted Polaris and were told this is just an issue with 570 models and buyer(me) just needs to get use to it.
Anyone else seen this?
Seem like a bogus answer when most of the time you need power steering is when you are in a bind in 4 wheel drive and it’s hard to turn the handlebars.

Thoughts about this custom open exhaust
If such an exhaust is used, it causes damage to my engine? (2008 Sportsman 500 HO)
Replacing the front fascia-nightmare
