900 rzr suspension is to stiff
I have a 2014 900 rzr and I want to raise the front end and soften the ride. Can you guys give me any ideas what I should do to the suspension.:redrzr:
Heads up on tie rod ends!!
Just got back from a ride this weekend, while on the ride I noticed that the steer wheel was off center so I stop to investigate. What I found out was that the jam nut on the tie rod end had come loose and the tie rod was starting to come out of the end. Lucky this was a slow ride otherwise this could of been ugly. I only have about 80 miles on it so the torque setting at the factory must of been off. Just trying to give you guys a heads up on this. Just double check them to make sure they are tight!!!
Rolled the 900s..
First off we are ok. Second I’m very disappointed in how easily the factory cage buckled. That’s ridiculous considering we slowly rolled. But anyways trying to figure out my options. I bought the Polaris roof/radio/light bar combo when I bought the rzr. Now I wish I would if Bc it’s looking like I won’t be able to use it.
So I have a few questions
Does anyone know how much the factory Polaris roll cage costs?
Do any of the prefabbed cages Allow use of a Polaris factory roof?
What have you guys seen with the aftermarket cages? What has worked well for you? I’m leaning towards the cage wrx
It also pushed the cage out so my door won’t latch either now. And possibly have something wrong in drivetrain since its clunking in forward now.

doors came from UPS is a slightly damaged box but contents were fine.
the 2 doors, 2 lower braces, hardware and instructions.
Instructions in the package were for the 1000, So I downloaded the 900 instructions. Couple things the instructions tell you to do you can skip, you don’t have to remove door handles, maybe loosen if you have issues fitting at the end. YOu also dont have to remove the hinge pivot bushings.
the fit of the stock frame to the plastic doors had me worried, I dry fitted it and some hole were about 1/8 in off. I attached the lower brace to the stock frame, leaving it loose to adjust for fit. then attached frame to new door. Start by attaching the middle of the frame to the door, then work your way to the outside. This was the hardest part as I had to push, pull and force the frame to line up with screw holes. The screws at the door handle were the most off, I put them on after I attached the door to the ATV.
It was easy to align the doors at the end with the ATV, just hold door in position and tighten hinges. No ride with the doors yet. The main goal is to reduce mud, time will tell.

Losing power
First time poster Went on a run yesterday in 2015 rzrs900 and as I was doing hill climbs I stared to lose power on the hills and in the mud my belt was not slipping at wot throttle it feels like it wS bogging down any help would be great

The new accessory attachment bolt/wedges are just absolutely F%$*ing worthless!!!!
Yes you can get them out and reuse them once if you careful but come on Polaris this is just plain STUPID!! 😡
I am however sure they are just trying to soak us for more cash because we have already spent how much on their gear?
I am also sure that they paid some jack-off engineer to design a non-reusable attachment system that we would need to buy because they really think we will have to buy it?
Wow Polaris, you guys are really hard up for cash? Even after your accessories sky high in price?
Anyone priced the 6 bolt attachment kit? 40 bucks? Are you serious? If you buy the wedges alone they are $12 each? OMFG!!
