Front end noise

Hey guys…just bought a 2012 570 and took it out for a drive today for the first time. It rode alright but have a rattle/crunchy/grinding noise that seems to be coming from the front driver side. Slow driving I don’t hear it. About 10 mph it begins and gets louder as I go faster. Very distinct and loud at about 25mph. I have a 2012 XP 900 and bought the 570 for my son. Any ideas…I was thinking maybe a bearing. Emailed the former owner and he said he never heard it. Definitely something going on though. Thanks.

Need help pricing 2013 570

I know the region will have a big factor but I’m just trying to get some ideas. I’ve got a 2013 570 with a 2" highlifter "lift", highlifter front springs, SATV rear springs, custom bed rack, 12" buckshot wheels with 26×9 bighorns – all 4 and an alba fuel controller. It has 300 miles on it. I know I’m not getting money back on the accessories but would $7,000 be a fair price? I’m located in Arkansas.

Rzr 570 on 30s!

I finially finished my project. 2012 Rzr 570 450 miles, snorkeled with a high lifter 2 inch lift, modded floor boards, audio tube in the back and now sitting on STI HD3 14s and 30 inch S/W Zillas with no rubbing! I believe I measured the middle to have between 15-16 in of ground clearance and the shocks are still set to factory.

Finally bought a RZR

After wanting one since they were released in 2008 I finally got one, a 2013 rzr 570. I’ve spent lots of time on quads, mainly sport quads, Suzuki king quad 700’s and a little time in my friends 50" 800 rzr. I’ve been trolling this forum for years and love all the info. I’m doing the pvc mod and air filter shim plate this weekend before going on our first ride July 4th weekend down at ride royal blue. I did buy my first accessory, a tusk utv cab bag, and am probably going to go with a small lift and springs in the near future, since I know the 50" rzr drags on almost everything. Thanks for all the posts and I feel like I made a good decision with the 570.

Remolding floor boards

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get this project done. I’m needing to get rid of that huge bump under the wheel wells in the front tires for tire rub is there a way I can just take it off and re mold it or does it have to be on the bike?

Front Suspension Squeak

My front suspension is driving me crazy. It will squeak while hitting the slightest bump/rock. I took the front shocks off and greased the upper and lower bushings, as I read that they come dry from the factory. They were already starting to rust on my 2014 with 160 miles. Put them back in, greased the sway bars up real good, and assumed that I had rectified the problem. Took the machine out again a week later and although it was better, it still squeaked. I greased the sway bars again, even though they were already well-greased, and no change.

I hate to admit it, but most of the riding we do isn’t too extreme, as my wife and 18 month old like to cruise camp roads. I will occasionally get out and do some more challenging riding with my friend’s, but probably not enough to justify a Bandit shock upgrade, sadly.

I’m not sure if the squeak is coming from the bushings or sway bars. I could disconnect the sways, although I’m a little concerned about body roll with an inexperienced wife driving, with our daughter. If it’s the bushings, I suppose I could upgrade to poly bushings and hope that resolves the squeak. I’m not expecting a 100% quiet ride, but the squeaking over every bump gets old fast.

Thoughts?

Thank you,
Andrew
