Proud new owner of a 2015 Sportsman XP 1000 Bronze Mist! Already have the Ricochet Armor kit on the way. I also have a 2011 Sportsman XP 850 Touring….hence a question. On the 850, when I remove the back seat, I have a storage bin that fills in the hole. So far, not been able to find the same thing for the 1000….any leads????
Taking it out trail riding tomorrow, going to kill me not being able to unleash the beast for 20 hours!!

Got sportsman 1000 with an rjwc single and twice the exhaust springs have popped off and the pipe form the header to muffler has came off have already bent the spring ends around to fix the problem but it didn’t work was think about just running a bolt through top and bottom instead off the springs any help is appreciated

While riding this weekend, riding at a moderately fast pace, I notice the steering would clunk. I though it was the suspension at first but it only seemed to happen while the bars were turned and while hitting a bump/off camber situations
It was not consistent and I was not able to force the sound to replicate at will. I have all frame braces installed except the very front one by the winch. I only have about 30 miles on the quad total.
Hey all. Trying to decide between the single and double. Any thoughts and why? Ignore price issues. Any issue with the mud riding as well and it getting submerged? By no means a dedicated mudder or anything. Did just finish the snorkel though :). Need to pick a controller that will work best too. In information overload right now!
Does anyone know the approx weight difference for steel winch line vs synthetic line? My LE came with steel line but Im thinking about switching to synthetic.
I know on jeeps its a significant difference. Just wondering if its worth it on a quad?
So I Did a total 180, and went and got a 2015 Sportsman 1000 LE instead of the planned scrambler.
It has the fox shocks and some other goodies for close to the same price, so it was a no brainer for me. Anyway with the fox shocks, has anyone set the sag? I understand its a utility bike but I would like to maximize performance for a guy my weight 220lbs.
It seems to squat a ton and be a little soft for the more aggressive riding. So, if you have any recommendations as to sag settings I would greatly appreciate it!
