2007 Grizzly 700 EPS Se wiring issue

I have a 2007 Grizzly 700 that i’m not sure if I have multiple issues or what, but been through the ringer here. I am having trouble with the display having contact and with a "clicking" when I turn the key on. I had everything working again and then went out a couple of days later to try starting it and the darn display didn’t come on again…unplugged at the display and as I was sliding it back in it got connection. Turned the key off and on again and I got a "clicking". I gave the wire to the display a tug and the clicking stopped. Then I plugged the display back in, turned the key on again and clicking. Now it doesn’t seem to matter whether the display is plugged in or not. I cleaned all the connections to the battery, every relay and fuse where inspected some unplugged and re-seated.

I’m thinking wherever the display wire runs down to that there might be a bad wire? Why would that make the clicking sound though (like a starting relay noise)?

I also had troubles with it before just dying on the trail and then it would start up again a few minutes later. Checked coil resistance and staror are both within spec and the stator is charging battery well.

Any insite would be appreciated!

Thanks, Ken

2007 headlight complete replacement?

The headlights on my 07 grizzly 700 have been used for a bunch of different stuff apparently. There were hid lights, stobes etc in them at some point. Long story short the housing has holes and one no longer works at all. Is there a off the shelf option to replace these lights?

Thanks
Doc

(I did search but the results I saw were to replace the bulbs only sorry)

Not you typical “my fan isn’t working” thread

Need a little help…. I’m stumped.

07 Grizzly 700 eps

The fan quit working, which isn’t the first time, but this time is different as I can’t figure out why.

I was originally only getting 4 volts to the circuit breaker in the back. Not 100% but I think thats going to be a mud in the fuse box issue, as I can’t possibly imagine why else.

I jumped 12 volts to the wire but the fan still didn’t work. I can jump a ground to the sender wire that comes from the ecu and the fan will start working. I have already replaced the temp sensor. but I jumped the wires across the temp sensor anyway and still no go.

Its almost like I’ve got 2 issues, the power coming from the fuse box and the computer not sending the signal. Has anyone ran into either of these two problems?
