I just sold my 5×8 trailer because it was a tad too short, I have a previous thread about it, everyone said it was not safe, I agree.
Now, right now I have the 50" model. How wide do these get ?
I do not want to buy again in 2 years.
Let’s assume I go crazy and add extended A-arms and huge offset tires, will it exceed 5 ft in width ?
A 5ft wide vs 6ft wide makes a huge difference to me.
My garage is exactly 90" wide, so any wider than that, including the sides of the trailer tires when they stick out, means the trailer will be parked outside year round, something I want to avoid if I can.
But then I have to buy the special crimper tool for $67 or so plus all the connectors and rubber seals for each of them.
Or I could pay more an buy one already made from a place like painless performance. I can’t find the same block as above but here is a similar one for $200.
The downside to this is that it would not be as clean unless I removed all the extra wire leads, but then it would not be expandable so I may as well go for the first option?
Or I could just buy a blue seas fuse block with grounding block, and stick with easy to use ring terminals requiring no new tools.
I hate having to rewire later but would the blue seas block be good enough? Then I would just add relays to the stock positions as needed.
Second, how are the typical RzR switches wired? I imagine you need to power them all off ACC to light up, so should I also add a small non fused ACC block just to run wires to the switches?
So i was thinking of buying a craftsman 19.2 volt wireless tire inflator to keep in my rzr for flats out in the desert when im far from camp, i always keep plug kits but no on board air. What are some of the things you guys use to air up when not at camp? My tundra has an on board viair system for my bags with tank and quick connects for air. What are the best small battery powered air pumps? I would only need to pump 10-12 psi. Ive heard some cant fill a regular size tire which is fine. Since a sxs tire is small. Thanks for any and all replys!

I use foam ear plugs and they help quite a bit, but the wind noise is still pretty loud. I spend a lot of time doing 30mph or better and the wind noise gets to me after awhile.
