2006 Predator 90CC Will not stay running

Hello,
I bought a 90cc for predator for my kids a couple of years ago when they were a little to small to ride it. It ran fine then other than it had a short that would drain the battery. But would kick start after a few attempts when I did start it. I put it in storage for about 9 months and recently got it out so the kids could start riding it.
After I brought it home it started right up and ran great for about 45 minutes. It then started running rough and smoking a little after about 15 more minutes it died. I took it home changed the spark plug and it started up but didn’t run well. The next day I started it up and had my wife run it up and down the street for a while to see if it would clean it out. It ran fine for about 15 minutes then died and would not start again. I changed the spark plug again and it didn’t help this time. I went to the polaris dealer and bought some fuel additive and more spark plugs. When I got home it started right up and I added the additive to the fuel tank. once again I had my wife ride it up and down the road for about 15 minutes and then it died again. I put it up and waited until the next day and tried to start it but this time it wouldn’t start. I took the carburetor off and took it apart then soaked it over night in carburetor cleaner put it back together and it still won’t start.
When I try to kick start it fuel comes out of the bottom of the carburetor. It done this before I took it apart. Is this common? should I get a new carburetor? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

filling the front diff

ok, i have a winch and plow setup on my 500ho, filling the front diff is a real pain. i have to take off the plow mount and unbolt the winch to get to the fill plug. well today i pulled the diff to replace the seals and saw that the vent on the top has a clear tube going up under the pod light. now i fill it with the same size hose and use a brake bleeder to pump it in. why not just use the vent tube. its ease to get to, i know how much to put in it. any thoughts on why not to use it?

Major issue with my 1996 scrambler 400 how to fix..

So after a long winter I finally go grab my bike out of storage and start going through it. When I jacked it up I noticed the swing arm sagged down a bit. I moved back tires around and had tons of play up where it was bolted. So figured it just needed some bushings etc I went forth and removed clutches and back plate. Wouldn’t you know it, the bolt fell right out. The previous owner welded all around where the hole used to be.. What can I do here? Weld washers to both sideds to strengthen it? Or.. Anyone ever come across similar problem

Which clutch do I need? 2002 Sportsman 500

Just picked up a 2002 Sportsman 500 for cheap due to the fact that the previous owner says it needs a new clutch. Found some new clutches online before I bought it and decided it was worth buying and fixing. Got it home and the clutch is indeed cracked, likely due to corrosion. Only problem I’ve got now is buying the correct clutch.

Went to the Polaris site and found part number 1321976 (replaced part 1321632) and part number 1321706, the latter of which is listed as a "wide" clutch.

How do I tell which clutch I need?

Weird jerking at takeoff…

So my wifes 2011 Polaris 550 is acting up. Didn’t really notice anything while riding on the dirt trails, but once we got on gravel or pavement we really noticed it.
When at a dead stop and you start accelerating, the wheeler jerks until it gets moving/rolling. Once your moving it doesn’t happen anymore until you come to a stop and then start going again. It seems more noticeable going forward vs. reverse.

If you watch the first video below and watch the back tire really close you will see it slip as i start going forward.

My initial thought was a flat spot on the belt, however when i took the belt off and measured it with a calipers i only found a .010" variation in 1 spot and it wasn’t glazed or anything. The wheeler only has a couple hundred miles on it and i’d like to be certain it’s the belt before i drop $100+ on a new belt.

Any ideas??
