So I bought a new 2015 570 a couple of months ago… Time and land have kept me from putting too many miles on it, but I’m tryin. While looking at it today, I found a random hose laying on top of the skid plate under the battery/engine. It’s a low-pressure clear hose that measures 25.25 inches in length, 1/4" OD & 3/16" ID. It looks similar to the two clear hoses that are going to and from the coolant reserve tank, but sized in-between those two. It seems as if it was "pushed on" in two locations, but when I found it, it was just loose.
I have noticed no leaks in the shed, and though experience is limited, I have so far noticed no performance issues, but I’m very concerned. I just downloaded and scanned through 456 pages of the service manual for the 2014 (couldn’t find a 2015 one), looking for a clue, but no luck.

I have a 2000 Polaris scrambler 500 4 x 4 and a secondary clutch is cracked and it’s chewing up my belt I just ordered a inner clutch, because that was cracked also and water was getting inside the clutch cover I just want to know what size weights what kind of springs I should get.

I have a 2007 sportsman 500 with the dump body. It came with a Polaris labeled 2500 winch. One day the winch would not turn. There was power to the electric motor but the barrel was not spinning. After taking it apart I found that there was a gear that was in the electric motor side that spins the barrel that had two of its posts broken off. It was also a Silver dollar sized spring that was also snapped. I have checked with the local dealer and with Polaris and no one can tell me what the spring does or show me how to purchase a replacement. I ordered a new gear and put it back together and it seems to be working fine. I have searched many part listings and part diagrams and have been in contact with Polaris and no one can seem to tell me what this function of the spring is or how to buy a new one. Has anyone had to deal with this issue? Enclosed are some photos of the spring. Again it appears that the winch is working fine and it will retract and come out and also free spools. There was also no part numbers on this winch at all and I believe it was a foreign made wench that had a Polaris sticker put on it.

I am refurbishing a 94 Trail Boss. This machine had no bearing or bushing in the steel plate that surrounds the rear brake shaft. Is there supposed to be a bearing or bushing at that location? I looked at Partzilla. com at it showed nothing or identified anything for that shaft at that location. Is there something available new or aftermarket?
Thanks
Hey guys. I am in love with this forum and have avoided starting a new new thread up until this point. Purchased a 2000 sportsman 335 a few years ago for $800 and been slowly going over everything. It may be a 99′, seems any serial number has been removed/ painted over. Assuming its a 99 or 2000, can anyone help me with the rear hub removal? According to my service manual which is for "1996-2003 sportsman 400 and 500, and explorer 500, the drive axle should just slide out from the rear hub at this point. I attached pictures of where I am at. Should anything else be removed? I don’t want to start banging with my mallet until I know for sure where I am "stuck". Let me know if any additional pictures would help.
Also, if anyone knows of a more specific services manual for a 99 or 2000 sportsman 335 it would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help; you guys Rock and were my inspiration to begin this work!
