Just replaced the engine, and I went to go out the belt back on and it is way to tight it will move on idle… I figured I could put a small spacer in the secondary clutch?? I tried to get the secondary apart but it is weird, it doesn’t have a snap ring like most… It has what looks like a bolt but when I compressed the spring it will not come off?!? But I don’t even know why the belt is tight… It was fine before I did the engine replacement… PLEASE HELP

Okay, I purchased a 2007 Sportsman 800 X2 and not only did I notice today that I am leaking radiator fluid (cracked radiator)…but now I see that in my air cleaner box, when I pulled the 1/2"X1/2"X5 inch section of foam that it was soaked in oil. Does anyone know what my next move would be at this point. The ATV runs fine but I certainly don’t want to knowingly run her if damage can occur due to this new discovery.

I have a 91 four trax 300 4X4. Last time it was rode about a year ago and was parked. Ran fine. My dad went out to start it a couple months later and now it won’t start. It was kept in the building the while time. It has never gave me this type of trouble so I was going to see if a few of you folks could give me a few suggestions. Thanks

Just got a new Rubicon this Summer and some of the parks where I want to ride require helmets. I have tried some on at various places and don’t know what is the best type for comfort, breathing, etc…not looking for brand suggestions really but is the type that has the chin cover best or just one that covers the top of the head?

Wanting to run bigger tires on my XXC wondering if I should put a lift and a cloth kit for bigger tires any advice?
