Thanks to all the info I got of this forum I pulled the trigger on a left over 14 700 LE last summer. But work got in the way and I didn’t get out on it much until this summer.

I have about 220 miles on it so far and I’m very happy with it. I’ve owned several Sportsmans and two brutes.
I do have one minor gripe about the stock a-arm guards. They collect a ton of mud and trail debris. I’m super anal about washing the quad after I ride and trying to clean them out is giving me fits! My other machines had stock protectors that didn’t wrap around the a-arm.
Is there a mod I can do or do I have to suck it up and deal with it?

so i bought my wife a 4×4 Honda foremen last year and i drove my old beater blaster. Well this year i wanted something to keep up with her when we ride the trails at our cabin so i bought a 570 a few days ago. should be picking it up from the dealer Friday. I’m excited and cant wait to see how it does.
any advice, opinions or just tips in general would be greatly appreciated. I’ve read some horror stories about these quads and some super stories about them so I’ll just assume its a "what you make of it" kind of quad.
Also any mods or improvements, i would love to hear them. I’m skimming through the forum today to see what all i can read about it. i did read that the front springs are quite mushy and some shims would be a good upgrade…???
Just put a new plug in then had to take it out to rotate the engine to measure valve clearance, which has got me wondering about the crush washers on spark plugs. Do you have to get a new crush washer to re-insert the same plug? What’s the torque procedure for a plug in an ATV engine, snug plus a quarter turn?

My 2015 xmr is knocking again for the 2nd time and can am will not cover it threw my warranty. Just found a 1000 motor and was wondering if anyone knew if of it could be a bolt up and go fix?
can anyone please tell where the wires plug in to on the side of the motorbike please, i took off my old switch box and forgot to follow the wires on the side of the motorbike lol, i got manual but doesn’t say where they go I’ve looked on the Internet but nothing shows up. it’s a 1993 Polaris
