Tried finding screw to tighten the headlight switch on 2015 850 but can’t find it. Do I have to take the switch apart? Spins relly easy and is annoying when pressing reverse override.

First time posting to this group. Placed an order for a 2017 XMR a few weeks ago. Was thinking about getting the rear seat, but not sure it will fit. Salesmen wouldn’t say yes, he’s not sure if any changes were made to the 2017 model regarding the seat mounting. I could wait for the bike, but want to add it into the financing. Does anyone know of someone with a 2017 XMR 1k with a seat mounted?

My 2016 outlander 570 L has barely over 100 miles and the shocks are already squeaking. Anything i can do to help them? Also my fiance rides with me most of the time. Should i tighten the shocks up? just rear or both?

I am certain that others have experienced this before, however it is certainly a first for me. I am cruising a 2003 Polaris Sportsman 700 V-Twin 4×4.

I purchased a new battery for my quad as it wouldn’t hold a charge, (got it tested and it had dead cells). Shortly after that… the same thing happened to the replacement battery. Figured it could have been a bunk battery. Got it replaced by shop under warranty. Replacement battery did the same shortly after that. Finally came to the conclusion that something else was the issue. Heard that it could be the Voltage Regulator?? Does this seem right?

I don’t have a lot of money to throw around and I want to make the best decision possible. Hunting season is coming up and the quad has been a proven tool for me during this time. I only have one wing and can be trying at times to lug animals around through the bush lol. I mean it’s doable… just a bit of a challenge.

They are asking $100+ American for said voltage regulator then the cost of the battery.

Just picked up a new 2015 (long-story version- won by a guy as a door-prize at a local business, he didn’t want it so traded it in on a pickup. Dealer thought he would keep it for himself, sat in his garage for 3 months. Decided to put it on his lot- has 3.5 miles and 1.8 hours on it).

I am looking to get some accessories, specifically a Glacier Pro plow system and a Polaris HD 2500 winch. MSRP on all that is $1,049.96.

One thing I have already figured out- Polaris has all their dealers’ testicles sitting on a shelf at headquarters. Because it doesn’t matter where they are selling (Ebay, Amazon, own website, brick and mortar store) all pricing is MSRP. Somehow they are able to discipline their dealers to never sell at less than retail.

Can anyone point me to a dealer somewhere who does buck the system? Who maybe doesn’t advertise pricing but if you make the call they will cut you a deal?

I just installed a purple epic secondary spring on my grizz, and i noticed it didn’t want to rotate in the cups like the stock spring. I took my grinder and took off a little material on the spring to make it fit better. It rotates now, but it’s not as smooth as the stocker. Is this a problem?
