Grizzly 125

Having some issues with a 125 grizzly, I bought it knowing it had some issues. The one that has me stumped is I replaced the drive clutch and I tighten the nut to hold the sheaves on and it backs out every time the wheeler is running. I know all the parts are correct and all there. I feel I’ve tried everything other then welding the darn thing on. ANY suggestions?
Thanks

Bushings/Stiff Suspension

Ever since I’ve had my grizzly 07 700 bought in 2010 I’ve had very stiff rear suspension. I am currently in the process of replacing axles etc and was wondering how much movement the a arms should have. When I tighten them up there is little to no movement. Is this the culprit for the stiff rear suspension? I’m wondering does that inner tube through the a arm bushing supposed to bind with the rubber bushing or move freely?

Thanks

Runs on Res?

So i have been trying to get my 2000 foreman 450es running, i have gotten it to run and stay running on reserve. i can take the fuel line off and gas will flow freely on reserve but not in the on position. any ideas? also does anyone else think that the petcock system on the fuel take is poorly engineered? TIA

Problem with Rear outside upper A arm bushing.

I have an issue with my rear upper outside A Arm bushings (at least I hope it is only the bushing). I didn’t realize when I took my old tires off and just went to install my new kenda bear claw HTR’s that after installing them and torquing down the lug nuts that my rear wheels move from side to side so I thought it was a bad bearing and took the wheel off but when i push back and forth on the brake rotor I can see the upper outside a arm bolt moving back and forth in the hole. I tried to tighten it but it was already very tight. This was going to be the first weekend i was going to be able to use it since i bought it 2 months ago. At the top of the wheels I would say I have around 1/4" of play.
Does this sound like a bushing problem or is it that weld a washer to the outside of the a arm fix I have read about?
Would I do any severe damage to the quad if I used it anyway this weekend and changed the bushings when I got home?

2015 outlander 800 max tire upgrade

I currently have 26 act stock tires. I really want the 27 inch bighorns. I do not want to add a lift because I don’t want to increase my Center of gravity on hills too much. I heard the bighorns run big and can be actually larger than 27in.

Should i just get the 26 inch bighorns or do you think i can fit 27s without a clearance issue and effecting its performance on inclines? I dont ride mud and mostly ride hard pack trails and rocky hilly terrain.
