2013 800 High Idle After Cam Install

Hey everyone, had some cams installed on my 13′ 800 and a dobeck 4 fuel tuner with air/ratio gauge. I have been battling high idling issues since the cam install and not sure if it’s normal. After it gets good and warm which takes about 10 minutes the idle drops right down to 1300ish and is fine so not sure if anyone else has this issue. Also, the right side of the motor gets extremely hot next to my ankle. It has never overheated so again, this may be normal but I just don’t remember it being that hot before the cams. Finally, what’s a normal engagement rpm? I have a QSC primary I’m running and with the high idle it is a never ending battle as the engagement rpm is right around 1400 so the bike is always creeping and moving forward, ecspecially when it’s high idling while cold. Any help on any of these issues would be greatly appreciated guys. Thanks in advance, Chris.

2003 Big Bear carb help

I just got my carb back from the local Yamaha dealer where they cleaned the carb for me. When I reinstalled it today and crank it for the first time it fired off but was at full throttle. I killed the bike and made sure that the throttle cable was moving freely and it was. Can someone give me something to check. I backed the large throttle cable that runs from the left side of the bike to the right side of the card with the large screw head on it and there was no change.

2013 polaris 850xp scrambler for sale

Have low milage only 1004 miles and 98 hours on machine. Has new ogio lock and ride cargo bag. Qsc clutch kit big gun exhaust and still have stock exhaust to go with it. KN airfilter. Garage kept washed and serviced after every ride. Normal scratches from use and one small Crack in rear plastic. Just had oil change done runs perfect and scary fast. Asking $6800 located just north of Nashville. Only selling because want to by SxS.

Speedometer Conversion

I recently purchased a 1998 Polaris 425 Magnum. It seems to be in excellent condition, other than the fact that it has a broken speedometer/odometer. I believe this was either the last, or next to last year for the mechanical speedometer. From reading this forum it appears that these were prone
to either breakage or malfunctioning. I am wondering if it is possible to convert this to the newer electric speedometer/odometer, and how difficult it is to do? Are the newer electric units more reliable? Thanks.

Scrambler 1000 – Want To Do Pro Tapers – Who Knows?

Anyone installed Pro Tapers and able to tell me what is needed to do the install by way of clamps and risers?
I know the cluster gets moved to the "tank" area above the seat, but what clamps and risers are needed for fat bars?

Fairly certain I need Rox 2" riser but which model fits the Scrambler with Protaper Contour bars? And does the rider come with the new clamp as well?
