2016 Grizzly speed ?

I had the grizz out today had her up to 40mph felt a slight wiggle from the front end was running on blacktop. 20 miles on it ,owners manual says not to open it untill broke in 200 miles ? I have been varying the speed per manual. How fast are grizzly,s running on smooth surface ? I backed out of it at 40 , but just as i was approaching 40 i felt a slight wiggle 2/10 of a second . Could this be a tire balanceing issue ?

LED headlight install

I have a 570 sportsman and I have saw where some guys have somehow taken flush mount led pods and replaced their headlights with them. Have any of you done this or do any of you know how to do it? Do I use the old headlight housing or make something to mount them to?

Won’t Start, No Spark

I have a 2006 Polaris Hawkeye 300. I was running it one day and it shut off. I have no spark, no lights on the indicator, and no cranking when turning the key The battery is fully charged. If you jump the starter solenoid, it cranks but it will not turn over. No spark at the plug. Is there a fuse or a safety switch that might have gone bad?

New guy from PA

Greetings from PA; hoping to bounce some ideas and problems I might face in getting a ’94 trx90 running.

Story goes: Coworker comes to and says, "Hey you want a small four-wheeler and a go kart?" I told him, "Nah, I just bought a house and don’t have any expendable cash right now." He goes, "No, for free. I can’t stand my step-kids so I’m giving away their stuff." I told him I didn’t know if I was comfortable with it, but he said if I didn’t take it, he would offer it to someone else. I guess if somebody is punishing his step-kids, I guess I might as well be on the receiving end. Anyway, I now have an atv and a go kart sitting in the horse barn.

I started to tear into the honda. I purchased a new carb for it, did the oil, got a new air filter, and some other odds and ends. So my first question: I am working on replacing the carburetor. I got the old one out super easy, but then I hit a wall. I’m probably just not seeing something super obvious because that’s the story of my life. Anyway, on the top of the carb comes the throttle cable. The "top/lid" of the old carb is still attached to the throttle cable and it’s smaller than the new one so I can’t reuse it. How do I remove the top of the old carb so I can do the switcheroo? Thanks for any help.

Another Bearclaw HTR review

Just mounted a set of 27s on an older set of ITP wheels. All the good reviews were right, this tire is outstanding. Rode 27 miles with mix of sand, rocks, dirt roads and a small amount of mud. The tires absorb a great deal of shock when running over rocks and stumps. They had 5psi and worked well with that pressure. Real good in the mild mud pits I found. On my 570 the 27s rubbed a little on the rear wheel well flares. I will trim them back with a dremel. Lost a little power but not too bad. Not so much from the weight but from the height reducing the gearing. Very easy steering. Can someone without power steering with these tires let us know if it reduced steering effort when switching to these tires. I so impressed I hope to get a set for my 2004 600. Also looking for an older set of ITP aluminum wheels for my 600. I like the additional width the 4/3 offset gives to the Sportsman. HTRs had great traction in all terrains and improved the ride greatly. If you are looking for tires, I highly recommend Bearclaw HTRs.
