I’m new to these forums, so I’m not sure if anyone has brought this up, but I am having a strange error code pop up:
SPN: 520194 FMI:2 Error Code:0
It doesn’t seem to be in the manual for what this error might be. Closest thing I can find is a Throttle Position Sensor code but that ends in 98 not 94.
Does anyone know what this could be? It isn’t affecting performance, will just randomly come on and randomly turn off.
I have a 2005 sportsman 500ho that is putting out 12.5v at idle and 17v at 2000-3000 rpm it also misses and blows out black smoke when i rev it up and sometimes shuts off. I have done a lot of work on this atv recently and was wondering if the ECM would cause both problems? My atv has the SurePower ECM. Starts and idles good problems seem to get worse as the voltage goes up. Thanks in advance for any help.

So I picked up a 16′ Rubicon DCT on Friday. Topped it off with fuel before it’s maiden voyage. Load it on the truck and then fuel started leaking from the front right fender. I filled it to the plastic divider as instructed. And it still leaked out. Anyone else experience this?
Have you encountered changing the out the oem fuel filter to a universal? It appears, the fuel filter on the DS250 has 1/4" going from the tank to the filter then 3/16" on the other side going to the caburetor. The problem is, the oem costs $14.00 and only $3.00 for a universal. The universals are 1/4" going in and 1/4" going out. If I use a more economical universal fuel filter I need to find an adapter to downsize to the 3/16" to feed into the carburetor. Has anyone encountered this problem and if so, how did you fix. Thanks

It’s a pain having to get them posted to a friends address in the states and ask them to then go mail them to Ireland…
