When camping or at the trails and I leave my Grizzly, I wish I had a more secure way to leave it then just take the key. Knowing someone could roll it easily into the back of a pickup or trailer, I also know thieves can steal anything if they want it badly enough but I would like to make it a little more difficult. Is there any kind of special lock I can buy or do I just chain it to a tree?

Scrambler 1K and Deep Water
So I know the Scrambler is not a submarine so I try to avoid deeper water holes.
Having said that, in western PA and WV where we most commonly find ourselves riding there is the occasional water hole you must travel through to continue on the trails.
Has anyone been successful in properly sealing the Scrambler from taking in water?
I know the whole snorkel thing, but I am talking more along the lines of clutch housing etc…
Is it as simple as just removing the clutch housing and placing a bead of silicone on it?
Is there anything else that should be sealed?

Black hose on T-connector under seat
For my 2002 (I think) grizzly 660, I am wrapping up a carb job. While reassembling the heat guard/gas tank, there is a small black hose that comes off a T-connector and I can’t figure out where it goes. The long part comes from the front of the grizzly, follows the electrical cables and continues to somewhere in the rear of the atv. The hose that comes off the T-connector is about the width of the white shield, or maybe a little shorter. Is this just some kind of vent? Can’t find where it would plug into anything.
Left my phone at Lowes tonight, so will get a picture of it tomorrow if my description doesn’t make sense.
Speedometer upgrade question
Just curious if anyone has tried to upgrade a speedometer in a 04/05 Outlander 400 to a new digital style such as a 08 and newer. I have found where people have upgraded the needle style gauge to a digital but the 04/05 has more wires going to the speedometer.
