Honda 300 & winch

I bought a 1992 Honda fourtarx 2×4 about 3 months ago. I had to put a battery in it, new 12amh battery, a reg/ret and new tires. I love it runs great. A friend has a Warn vantage 2000 winch with steel wire in the box like new. I can get it cheap. does anyone know if my atv elec. system will handle the load? Thanks

Warn winch

I used my winch today. About 10 later I needed it again, and wouldn’t free spool (if that’s what you call it). Tried the switch and sounds like it’s running, but nothing happens. Any suggestions? Thanks

2007 sportsman 800

Been working on my bike for the last couple weeks replacing all the cv axles and bearings. Finished up the other day and took it for a drive. Seems to run fine in reverse but when I go into L it revs really high to get going and then is sluggish. Won’t go more then about 10mph. I’m thinking maybe the belt is going? Any thoughts?

2004 POLARIS Sportsman 600

Hey guys, I just bought a 2004 Polaris Sportsman 600 today. It has 150 hrs and 1000 miles. I paid $2400 for it. First off, did I get a decent deal? Secondly, what are some suggestions about maintenance to make sure it runs strong for are long time? It has no leaks, good brakes, all cv boots look good, fires right up every time and runs strong. AWD works great and shifts through all gears easily. It does need to be choked for about two minutes till it warms up then it’s good to go.
