I have a 2009 Grizzly that is locking up when it is in reverse so it will not stop. There does not seem to be a problem forward.
Any thoughts on what to look for?

I have a 2007 Polaris Sportsman 500 EFI that randomly would loose all electrical power until one day it had no power period. I spend many hours tracing wiring, checking ground wires and the kill switch.

I sent my ECM Control Module (4011517) to ModuleMaster in Moscow ID to see if they could find the problem.

They found a few solder joints were broken and a surface mounted component that was bad. They re-soldered the pins and replaced the bad component and got power to all output pins on the connectors.

They shipped it back. I installed it, with battery disconnected. Then, connected the battery leads, black ground last.

Put the key in and it started right up. FIXED. And, the best part is the cost of the repair was about 1/3 the cost of a new one.

I am going to install battery disconnects, because the ECM stays powered up from the battery. Hopefully, this will prevent the ECM from failing again.

Rather than give Polaris $500 for a new ECM, call ModuleMaster first. Maybe they can fix yours too. They have a web site too, www.modulemaster.com

I’m thinking of buying an Outlaw 110 for my son’s 6th birthday. I talked with the dealer and they said the manufacturer says 10yrs and up for these and they cannot sell due to federal law??? My son has rode the neighbors 90cc 4wheeler with no problems. Anyone else ran into this? I don’t want to buy a 50 and have to replace it in 2 years because its too small.

Also, I know the 110 has only been out a year. Does anyone have any experience with it? Have there been any issues with them?

Hi I am new here bought a 2012 outlandish 650 xt looking to upgrade to new tires really like the maxxis zillas should I stay with 26 or go to a 27 I have to go a little wider either way would it be ok any input would be appreciated thanks

Hello. I have owned a sportsman 800 for 6 years. Only thing I use it for is working around the yard and pushing snow in the winter. I added power steering a couple years ago, other than that it is stock. Anyways, I am about to buy a youth machine for my son, so I think we might start trail riding once he gets one. Looks like this forum has alot of good people and useful information. Thanks for letting me join.

My granddaughter has a 2011 Sportsman 90 and the rear brakes are shot. Does anybody know how the drum is removed so the brake shoes can be replaced.
