Hello all. Shifts but won’t go into gear. I went through the manual diagnostic. It is code #5. And I further narrowed it down to the the reduction gear which Is rotated by the control motor. I took the control motor off and verified it does work. I tried to turn the reduction gear with a screwdriver but it will not turn like it should. According to the manual this means faulty transmission but it does not say what to do after that. Can anyone tell me where to go from here? Do I have to take the engine out and Crack it open? Or is there a way to free up the grear or fix the tranni without removing the engine. Thanks!
