Got a 2004 6×6 it has lots of spark till it fires I’ll explain
When plug is out have lots of spark and will spark forever put the plug in the head it will fire right up than die. It won’t start sparking till I turn the key off than back on. Even drained the fuel from the carb put the plug in turned it over with a spark tester hooked up between the plug and wire and got constant spark till I put fuel to it and it fired up for 2 seconds than lost spark again till I reset the key
I am looking to get back into the trail riding scene,my last 2 atv’s have been 2up outlanders.My wife really likes the SxS comfort.we are starting to look really hard at the commander and maverick.we would just be going to Hatfield and McCoy trails and similar trails.My question is other than price why did you go with the commander?
I am currently installing my Waren Winch on my new 2016 Honda Foreman 500. I have the winch installed, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get the red, and black wires from the winch back to the contact (when did they change from yellow/blue?). I ran them along the right side of my frame along with my OE wiring harness. They won’t make it much past the breather box. There’s no way these wires would ever make it to the rear storage box. I also have the yellow/blue wires that go to the battery. Please help!! This is the Honda install kit for a 2014 Foreman/Rancher 08L74-HR3-A20
Anyone have a tip on separating the case halves? I’ve pulled and pulled and lightly tapped with a dead blow hammer and still can’t get it to crack open.
I recently bought this machine from the dealer with the 5 yr warranty. Love the way it rides and the power… only complaint is it has gone in for warranty more then a LADA car. I mean OMG. I don’t ride it hard and 50% of my riding is roads. And warranty seems to be vary picky on what is and isn’t warranty. I figured I pay 1500.00 I should be coverd for everything mechanical.
1. Diff internals replaced… first week of owning.
2. Input cross bearing
3. Steering stem shutter/replace complete
And now fuel pump makes noise…
My old 700 twin was way more reliable. Is this a thing to come or is this just the first year break in procedure lol pun intended.
So I went mudding yesterday no issues till I pull up to the truck to load up. Felt like the bike was dragging or something. So today I took a closer look at the bike and the rear caliper is hanging up and the rear brake cylinder has no pressure you can push it down with one finger. Anyone experience this or have an idea what might be the issue is?
Me and my is planning a trip to USA and maybe Canada July/August next summer. Any tips where will should go? Any nice trail where you can rent a side-by-side with cabins a long the route. We would prefer the more northern part of the US.

Having a hard time finding master brake cylinder for 1997 Polaris express 300, does anyone know what other Polaris master brake cylinder is interchangeable with mine? would appreciate the help!

wanting to replace throttle cable. Having trouble seeing where it heads down to throttle body area.
Anyone have any ideas on where cable is headed to and how difficult to replace it?
