changed the starter clutch. had a sheered keeper wafer. now it turns over but is very noisy (sounds horrible) but turns over and starts sounds like metal grinding like teeth skipping but all gears look great and all new starter clutch parts. and seems to get some kick back from motor. would a low battery cause the one way bearings to disengage? or the after market CDI cause the kick back that it seems to be having. all help appreciated.

I’m just wondering if anyone has used the quadrax brake conversion kit. It looks a lot like the highlifter kit. It has dual piston calipers (that don’t float)….. I can get a good deal on these thru a buddy of mine but I’m not sure how good it is compared to the superatv kit….

So I’m changing every fluid on my 07 sportsman 500 X2 and was wondering what brand everyone recommends. Should I stick with Polaris or something aftermarket?

Hey all, just wanted to say hi from a new member. 2nd time Polaris owner here. Got a 07 Sportsman X2 that I bought is pieces without a tranny that I’m putting back together. I’ll try to post some pics of it

went over some logs and must have had something poke up past the shield and nail my coolant hose. where is a good place to get replacement hoses for this 2016 Sportsman 570?

We will be picking up a couple of 2017 outlander 850 xt’s next weekend. Being they are 2017s I have found many places don’t list or show yet what fits onto them yet. We are new to can am but I am guessing nothing major has changed from 16 to 17 and I could just order whatever the 16 uses?

How are the stock air filters for quality?

Also, any preference over Twin Air or Uni filters? I am debating between the 2.
