I am interested in getting a new primary and secondary. I read all 84 pages of vfj’s primary clutch. Since it is not available anymore. What is the best clutch available that is easiest to tune and install. My bike is a rengade 1000 all stock.

570 Touring Custom Audio Tube
So my audio pipe took a dump on me, it still powers on but no sound. It was decent sound wise, had bluetooth so it was cool but I mounted it in the rear behind the passenger seat so i could keep the high beam and keep my 30" led bar in the front. When i got it i was hoping it would nicely wrap around the seat but it was too small so i had it mounted facing up….eventually after a couple of washes im assuming the water collected on the speaker and seaped through the amp, corroding the bluetooth circuit board.
Immediately i went on ebay ready to buy another tube..but i at this pont why not make my own.
What have you done to your Can Am Renegade today?
Today I swapped out my holeshots for some 28" zillas. What have you done to your Renegade today? Pictures preferred 🙂
12 Outlander XT 1000 not making the power it should
Hey everyone, so I built a 2012 Outlander for a buddy of mine its got a MR. RPM 1180BBK, Maverick Heads, Race Cams, QSC Raptor Primary STM Tuner Secondary, Muzzy Slip-on and a PC V without ignition control, bike seems to run good, a little lean at the idle but only when it’s cold, we took it to the dyno and we made a whopping 70 RWHP frickin incredible right… not. The guy who tuned it pulled the air filter cover out and was able to get 80 RWHP still not what we expected, I emailed Greg at Mr. RPM and he says we should be getting alot more then that. hell i’ve seen dyno runs with just exhaust and a PC V making 70 RWHP so I’m not sure what to think. So 2 questions for you all, 1: why am getting that much restriction in my intake/snorkel 10 RWHP is alot 2: any ideas why its not making the power it should? Poor tuning, dyno needs to be calibrated?

2004 400ex timing tensioner went bad and forced the right hand side chain guide down and broke the lip thing it rides on I was wondering if somehow I could get by with JB welding it any comments appreciated can post pics

Hey everyone, been reading this forum for years, finally made an account, I’ve got a 13 Renegade 1000 X XC nothing real special done to er yet, but she’s getting a major once over right now, as well as hmf swamp xl full exhaust, PC V with ignition and autotune, and just qsc weights and spring on primary (clutches next), I pulled the motor and gearbox (shift sleeves worn out) yesterday decided to spruce it up a bit.
Rancher 420 4×4 silver backs
Hello guys I was wanting to know if I put 27x10x12 silver backs on my rancher with no gear reduction will it turn them fine with no struggle the 27s weight is 30lbs each and weighs 20lbs more than my 26 mudlites I have on there now and that’s the amount more taking account for all 4 tires. The current tire weight is 97.6lbs and the silver backs are 120lbs will it cause a problem turning them going that heavy on stock gearing.
2017 Sportsman or Outlander 1000 Hunter Editions
Looking at purchasing either a 2017 sportsman 1000 hunter edition, or a 2017 outlander 1000 hunter edition. I have not had a chance to test drive either yet, but hope to in the next couple of weeks. The deciding factors will be narrowed down to which one rides better, better power steering, and reliability. I am not concerned with top speed, or power as both will have way more than I will ever probably need. Main uses will be on my hunting property, and some ice fishing. Just looking for input from anyone who has experience with similiar models.
2005 Sportsman 800 Upper Steering Bushing
I need to replace on my 800. Is this a simple process? I can’t find anything on the internet on how to do this. Any recommendations for replacement part?

Riding today Foreman-Sportsman 570
Hey guys! Went riding today with my friend on his land. We both have stock 2016 bikes. Trail riding,Tough Terrain,Mud. I only got stuck 1 time in diff lock. Polaris got stuck 4 times each time I had to pull him out. No doubt the Polaris is faster. My foreman tops out at 55. His Polaris hit 70 today. But off the line I smoke him 1 Body length ahead all the way to 3rd gear then he catches up and eventually passes me. I’m ok with the high speed difference. I love that I have more torque and power at launch. Well today we went into a narrow creek by the time your back wheels are in bottom of creek your front tires are on top of bank I crawled right out he couldn’t make it I did it 3 more times he said "I don’t understand how you can make it and I can’t" I said "should have bought a Honda and drove off" hahah Had a blast today love my foreman. I guess I like getting it dirty were I can clean it really good. Later Fellas
