Hi. Can any one offer help with solving a weird problem with my 2010 Grizzly 550 EPS dashboard display readout. Basically when I switch on all my indicator lights on the left and right hand side of the display come on, but the centre screen stays blank. Once started the only indicator light to go out is the EPS light, the central display remains blank. The bike runs as it should and the 4wd button and diff lock all work as normal. Whilst using the bike the other day it returned to a normal display for a few minutes and then returned to what it is now. Thought it might be a loose/damaged connection. Anyone any ideas on the cause and how it might be rectified? Tony :frown2:

Didn’t want to thread jack the current pinion cover thread so here’s another one. How difficult or how involved is the cover change out?

Hey folks, I am new to the forum but it looks as though this is a good place to gather some advice. I have two Foreman Rubicon 500 4×4 atvs and they are both having the same issue. when we run for an hour or so and then turn the machine off it will not turn back on. when you turn the key it does not show that it is in neutral or in gear just the bar across. both of the atvs run well once they are started and there is not any lights on.

If you all have any ideas i would appreciate the help.

So I’m in the process of building a trailer to pull behind my grizz (will post soon). It’s going to be a 3×6 with removable sides. I’m using front hubs and spindles off a raptor. Well I’m about done with it and was wondering befor I paint it what else wold be useful to hAve on this thing. Winch? Lots of lights? Ty down spots? What else

Hello from Southeast Oklahoma! Long time motorcyclist, first time ATV owner.

Recently picked up a 2011 TRX420TM from my cousin that’s been sitting up long enough to have all the woes of bad gas. So far I’ve found a gummed up fuel pump/screen and a totally plugged up petcock valve. The good news is the machine was priced right and was barely used. The original tires still have the tits on them:icon_ lala:Hopefully these things will be addressed by today and I’ll discover no more issues. But just in case……I thought I’d sign up here and introduce myself! I’ve cleaned the fuel pump and screen (hoping to get by without replacing) and I’m about to remove the tank and petcock to get them cleaned up. Will post up later this weekend, or sooner if I run into trouble!

Good morning. I have a grizzly 700 fi/eps 2007, it cranks but engine light flashes and don’t starts. In diagnostic all are fine only the d09 is 0.0 in run or off position, and in diag62 is the 12 code. I make all checks to relays and to the crankshaft position sensor (12code) measure 520 ohms, and are ok. The pump is ok, I put power and works, but don’t received power from the wires. Also have good spark. Battery is ok is new. I search other posts, but don’t find help to my problem. I cannot find how to make a hard reset to the ecu, becuase the procedure of the diag 62 don t erease the 12 code. Seems to me that the ecu dont send power to the pump and injection system maybe for protection.
