I’m new I have a 350d with a cracking noise that is intermittent but is noisy more than not. It doesn’t sound like a timing chain. I caint tell where it’s coming from. The chain is nice and tight.
The reserve stopped working on my petcock so I decided to replace it. I got an OEM valve and everything looks identical. When I put it on, it was slightly loose but I figured it was seated against the O ring anyway. But when I put a little gas in it, it started leaking pretty badly.
Did I miss a part or what? I put the O ring down over the filter and tightened it as comfortable as I felt tightening it before I thought I was going to strip something.
I just got an 03 Recon that I am trying to spruce up a bit for my nephew. It looks like the previous owner really bashed the front bumper up a bit. I was going to try to fix it up a bit, but I was wondering if I ordered the new style bumper from a 2005+ model if it would work? Anyone try it or have any experience?
The attached picture is of the case where the cam chain guide non tension side rest at the bottom near the crankshaft. The guide was gone and the chain wore into the case. Does anyone have a picture of what it is supposed to look like? I want to build it back up with JB weld so the bottom of the guide will be in the proper position.
Anybody notice any "cracks"/hairline flaws in there transmission cases? They are probably just casting flaws but figured I’d see what everbody else says. My atv is only 7 months and no issues or leaks from it, just curious.

Why would Honda create the rubicon and take the engine out of the foreman and decrease the hp. The rubicon weighs more by almost 50 pounds. So they drop the hp for more weight?
