Im having a issue with my solenoid popping. Ive replaced the solenoid and starter, the battery is fairly new and charged 100%. I have checked the grounds and cleaned them. I can start it by jumping the solenoid terminals with a screwdriver. And once the bike warms up I can turn it on and off with the key with no problems, but when its cold just popping. Any Ideas??
Hey guys I’ve been looking around at why oils and fluids I need for my fluid services don’t want to buy the Polaris stuff. I live in Houston Texas it get a lot hotter down here than where most of y’all are from, well my question is should I still run 0w40 Rottela like the other guys here or a heavier weight ?
had a squeak come in my front right side and while searching for the problem I found this.it is only up and down play in it.also would this cause a squeak while going over rocks or would that be a bushing?everything else seems tight.
Do the 570 sportsman and 850 sportsman use the same size oil filter? Gonna help a buddy change his oil (he’s real mechanically inclined, but working on it) and want to buy a filter wrench that goes on the end of the filter. Just curious if they are the same or not. I’ll buy two if I need to. If it is different, can someone give me the filter number for the 850? Thanks.

Anyone heard or know of anyone working on a big bore kit for the 2016 Sportsman 1000’s? Its pretty hard keeping up with all the different manufactureres and whos working on what.
My name is Tom and just got an 2012 Grizzly 450EPS. It sat for a while and needs a little work but should be on trails in no time.
We are in the Phoenix area but we ride all over. My wife rides a 2011 Sportsman 550 X2, my 11yr old rides a Kawasaki KLX110L (this is after he outgrew a Yamaha Raptor 90) and I was on a Honda 400ex until now. I still like the sports quad and being able to shift my own gears, but for some of the more challenging trails the 4×4 was in order so here we are.
Looks like you guys have a nice community here, hoping to become a part of it!
