Working on bringing life back to my 2004 Sportsman 500…. All the bushings in the rear (and front I’m sure too) need to be replaced…. Lots of options out there for kits that run from $30-$250. Anyone offer any suggestions? Who has the best deal on aftermarket OEM products?

Hello, I am new to the site and looking for advice with my wheeler, I hope I am writing this in the correct spot on the website. I bought the wheeler last fall (2015) and it ran great. The only reason I bought such an old machine is I have seen 3 of these machines from when I was a kid take a beating and all 3 of them still run fine to this day. The day I bought it the previous owner fired it right up after it had been sitting outside all night in 30 degree weather. I probably rode it 5-6 times after that day before storing it for the winter. It started and ran great each time. 2 weeks ago (early April 2016) I go to start it, it was one the mid 30s for temperature, it won’t start for nothing. I pushed it into the shop where it was warm and tried again about an hour later and still nothing. I took the plug out and had a nice blue spark. I figured it wasn’t getting gas so I put a little gas in the cylinder and still nothing, although it did back fire twice as I was trying to start it. Not being much of a gear head and not knowing what else to do at that point I went and got a new plug (the one I took out of it looked like the original, so this leads me to believe the last owner wasn’t dealing with this issue) and put it in and it fired right up running just like it did last fall, pretty much perfect. I thought I was in the clear but I’ve put less than an hour on the machine since then and now the plug is fouled again. It did look oily when I took it out (as did the first one I replaced). The only input I have received so far is that it may be a stuck piston ring but that is the only theory I have as of right now. I know that this is a lengthy post I have written and probably pointless to most but I do want the best advice possible. Anyone with any good advice it is much appreciated since I am not much of a mechanic! Thank you and have a good day.

I was inspecting my machine and noticed the above listed part was torn and would allow water into the CVT. The replacement OEM part seems improved much thicker and tougher rubber, over my 2009 part. My 09 Outlander only has 1600 miles and 400 hours. Inspect your part,it connects the CVT air intake to the CVT housing.

Hello all, hoping for a little help with my new (to me) 06 trx 250ex. When I was testing it before purchase, it would only run with the choke engaged. The further the choke was engaged, the higher the rpm’s got, enough so that I could use the choke as a throttle to ride around and check the gears. Thought this seemed odd that choke alone would allow engine to go to WOT, but figured it was something simple. As soon as choke was off, engine stalled. Got it home, pulled the carb, idle jet was clogged. Cleaned it, put everything back together, fires right up with no choke. But, it’s at wide open throttle no matter how far I back off the idle adjust screw. Throttle slide and spring are aligned and appear to be functioning correctly. What am I missing?

Looking to sell my 2008 Grizzly. Clean Registration/title in hand. Registered until I belive august of this year. All original and its in good shape. Runs Excellent! Everything works as it should. Scratch here and there but nothing major. Black, original rims have a few dents on the lips and the original tires are still in good shape and have plenty of tread left.

The specifics are:700FI, Camo, 1,268 Miles OR 214 hours, EPS, 4×4 on demand, Diff lock, Warn Winch. I have a few extras. New in box.. Chainsaw holder, gas can holder, coleman front rack canvas bag. Already installed is a Rear drop basket and Throttle, Thumb extension. A helmet and pair of riding goggles

All maintenace done for this year and ready to ride. Front/Rear diff fluid, Coolant, Air filter, Plug, Oil/filter. Valves adjusted last fall and only have about 40miles since done. Will come filled up with non ethanol gas.

I’m located in Upstate NY. About 30 mins from Burlington VT and about 30mins from canadian border. I’m willing to drive to the Glens falls, NY area for free to meet buyer. I’ll drive as far south as Albany, NY for a small fee or if Full asking price is paid. I’m asking $4200 cash. Only getting rid of it to get a new one.
