Here’s the last tracking video of the 2015-2016 season. It was a short season for me because it really didn’t snow until late this year & I was down sick for about 6 wks, so I got a late start.
My first track ride wasn’t until the 26th of Jan 2016. I got 12 rides in however & put 489.3 miles on the tracks. 500 miles is my usual minimum, so I was a little short this season. I have a total of 2814 miles on the bike and 298.1 hrs. The 2014 Can-Am 1000 has been a great bike & a real blast to ride in the snow with the tracks.
There won’t be another riding video for a while because I will be doing some much needed maintenance to the bike & really checking things over.
I would also like to Thank all the new subscribers to my channel for signing up, it’s much appreciated. And I would also like to Thank all my regular long time subscribers for hanging in there & watching all my video’s !!
Hey guys,
Has anyone used a snowmobile mountain bar (half moon) and mounted to the handle bars (facing the rider) so that a kid riding in front of an adult can hold on to something? I took my 7 year old daughter out for a ride the other day and she kept trying to grab the handlebars or my arms…which in my opinion isn’t a good thing while you are trying to steer. If I could mount something up like this then she would be able to hold onto something….I’m not going fast anyway..but wanted to make her feel comfortable. Any thoughts?
So I’m wanting to to put two 18w pods on my 2003 400ex but I don’t know the best way to do it on a quad since I know the electrical systems are finicky when it comes to adding more lights any help is appreciated
I just put STI outbacks 25-08-12 and 25-10-12 on my 2008 420 fourtrax SRA, stock front rims and ITP delta rims on the back replacing the ITP mud lites. I can get a really good deal on a set of M17 elixir rims, 4-3 and 3-4. This would give me an extra inch on each side at the front and I could put 1.5 or 2" spacers on the back to equal out. I assume this would work just fine, just wondering if I might have any issues.?
I have an 08 grizzly 350 and I ran across a Kodiak 400 parts bike. My question is what is the difference in the heads between a 350 and 400? Do they interchange?
I’m new to the forum and am just looking for any help I can. I’m not very mechanically inclined but am trying to get my quad going. The only thing holding me back now is that the rear brakes are locked up. The lever on the right is stuck in the down position and won’t move and the rear tires are locked. Hoping someone has any idea of what I can do to fix this. Thanks
ok got a 06 outlander 800 with 30×9 silverbacks on 14×6 itp rims all the way around with pipe lift in front. The wheels and tires are factory take off from a xmr. Will the direction2 flares work on my bike or will they rub? I know the factory flares for the xmr will fit with the tires because thats what they had stock but they dont look like they would add much mud coverage. Any pics??????
