Installed my EJK 3.5 this evening and went for a spin. It idles a bit rough and it’s poping and missing pretty bad especially between 2500 and 3500 rpm’s. The settings on the tuner are for stage 1 exhaust/ intake mods. Any thoughts are appreciated.

2015 xmr 1000 burned up
Well my 2015 xmr 1000 is now melted for Frick end good. Was pulling the last of my taps and buckets out of the woods and it lit on fire sitting there idling. By the time I got it out with a bucket and mud water the fire department showed up. Thank God my kid wasn’t sleeping on the seat. She is totaled. I’ll try to upload a picture.
Buying used from dealers
So 3-4 weeks back I bought a used 2012 1000xt from a dealer. Shortly after that I could smell coolant checked the tank bone dry so I topped it off and called the dealer he said they sometimes use it. Kept smelling it so i finally tore the plastics off to look over the whole machine every coolant hose with a clamp was leaking coolant, the rear snorkel for the CVT is completely shot so the belt is probably toast and the oil is over full. Am I wrong to be a little pissed about this? I can see buying used from a private party but not a big dealer

got my fuse block installed on my ’16
I got my fuse block installed earlier this week, but I relocated it again tonight. I had it in my center storage, but I like it better in the small fender storage now. I just drilled one hole in the side of the box and routed the wire bundle along the wiring for the 12v/ignition. Easy and clean. I wired in my horn and grip/thumb so far. I also prewired 2 more connections for future lights and winch.

450 Foreman … front suspension lube
The upper and lower A-arms on these machines have room for a braided wick type of seal that would encircle the end of the bushings on the A-arms.
Cut to length, heavily greased, these seals would be pinched into place and protected by the mounting flanges for the A-arms.
Anyone done this ?

Hey I’m looking at possibly getting rid of my 13 850xp because of fear of the spun timing bearing issue. I’m curious if the 1000 has the same issue or any other major or significant issues? Thanks

Shaft Rear Propeller- Rancher 420
New to this site…looking for help on what appears to be a minor problem. ATV is only 4 months old and I recently heard a "clanging" noise while riding. The problem is with the "Shaft-Rear Propeller" where the circular "cap" has come disconnected from the base of what it attaches to (see photos). This is down by the rear suspension. In viewing the parts diagram of the "Rear Final Gear diagram" I think this is part of the "Shaft- rear Propeller". Dealer says I should be able to easily tap this back into place. Seemed easy enough, and I was able to attach it back on but I can’t get it to stay in place. Its not bent and looks like it should just fit back on, but after I ride again after very short periods of time, it keeps falling off and dangles on the shaft again. Any advice? Pictures attached.
