Okay. I sunk my 07 420. Drained oil and gas tipped it up in the air put fresh oil and gas in it and a new spark plug and it wouldn’t start. So I’ve went on to putting a new injector and idle air control sensor and still won’t crank. I have no idea what else to do. Any pointers??

I’m currently waiting for my new valves to get here and have been looking in the service manual for the angle they should be ground at. I found the section on grinding the valve seat, but they don’t give an angle for the valve itself. The valve seat angle where the valve seats is 45 degrees. Is the valve ground to 45 degrees to match it? I know on auto valves that I’ve ground the seat is ground like the seat on my atv, but the valve is ground to 46 degrees because it will seat better.

Looking for a recommendation if someone has one.

My wife just had surgery (recovery time is 8+ weeks)so I’m in the house most of the time in case she needs me. We’re both tired of sitting around already and it hasn’t been a week yet.

Just picked up a 2016 Grizz in Camo. Thought i’d join and get some great ideas from the experts! I primarily use my bikes for hunting but this one is a blast to ride so it’ll get more use than that. I’m coming off a 2001 350 Big Bear and a 2008 Arctic Cat 700. Loving the new ride. Been stalking her for a couple of years. My first mod is tires. Waiting on 27 Mudlite XTR’s on order. Will post pics when they come in.

Ok so im in the process of lifting my 800r xmr the one problem im running into is the brake lines. For the guys lifting these 800’s how are you extending ur brake lines cause the stock lines all run together into a 4 way block under the air box. The problem is that the lines can not be removed from the 4 way there is no banjo bolt. What have you guys been doin to fix this minor set back?

Hey, i am new to this forum, i have been using it frequently and now that i am stumped, i decided to make an account and see if you guys can help. You’ve helped alot so far… never dealt with ATV before really, lol.

So i have a 99 kodiak 400, and the Exhaust Valve, is $%*#ED
, so i will be going out to my local shop today to grab a shim kit, because i need to fix the slack.
But heres my question… I know you have to add shims to get rid of the slack. but i remember when i did it on a diesel pickup, the valves had to have a Certain GAP. still, now how do i find the desired Gap that HAS to be there,

i am aware of " Using the Feeler Gauges to find the left over Gap that needs to be filled, " But if i were to put a "Bigger one" in and it fit… Do i just keep adding shims, until no matter what the value does not move?

I did my first weekend riding the 570 sp. Love the bike overall. But I’m concerned about the ADC feature. I feel like the bike is always "engine braking" when I depress the gas lever. I tried going downhill with the ADC on and off on high and low gear everytime felt the same.

I’m getting the ADC icon on in the cluster only when the ADC 4×4 button is selected. Icon off when 4×4 or 4×2 selected. But aside from that the bike feels the same on all conditions. Looks like this thing is always on.

Any help will be appreciated.

i have been up and down steep hills, straight away rips and gotten through a lot of mud and water. great belt…no issues
took off the brp belt for a spare and it said made in japan on it…go figure!!!
well worth it,especially if your getting into your clutch area anyways.
i wanted to inspect my clutch after 500 miles so i threw one on while i was there…glad i did!!! im thinking no worries for at least 1500 miles

Im confused, my fourwheeler will start and run perfectly fine, if i push it 10 feet and pop it in gear , but wont start by itself when pressing the starter button …it just constantly turns over and doesnt even try to start. I was told it was my intake valves so i replaced them and still the same thing.i even hooked up jumper cables to it, and turns over fast but wont start. I dont understand
