2005 400ex fuel overflow problem

I’ve cleaned my carburetor 4 times. The fourth time I replaced the float needle with a new one. Fuel continues to leak from the overflow drain. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong? Bad float? If anyone has any ideas please gimme a shout. Float looked fine and wasn’t full of gas when I removed it. Any ideas are much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Overheating with clean rad and stock bike

Hi all my 2011 850 touring tends to overheat after a couple of hours of use.
The rad is spotless, coolant is topped up and I’m not running in low
I ride in Ontario Canada not the desert

I do have the Polaris cargo box on the front which clearly limits escaping air from the rad area

I would expect it to run cool all day long under normal conditions, is there a common issue or something I should check?

Thanks

2011 grizzly 700

Picked up a used grizzly 700 about a week ago. Green with an aftermarket bumper on the rear and a winch. Big upgrade from my 2007 big bear 250 2wd. Been coming to this forum a lot so I figured I’d join. Plan on replacing the winch cable, buying a uni filter, changing the exhaust tip, and changing out the tires. In that order.
Very happy with my purchase, and have put in over 100 miles so far. Only gripe is the black plastic piece over the airbox, it doesn’t stay in the clips all the way and ends up being help by just the four rivets. Would a new panel fix this?

Oil in airbox

Picked up a used 2011 grizzly a week ago, got a clean bike with just under 1000 miles on it. Changed out the coolant and oil, along with a new Spark plug and oil filter. While doing maintenance I noticed the airbox was really oily, figured it was just the previous owner over oiling. Wiped it out and drained the full hose coming out of the box. After some riding I notired there’s oil in the box again, along with that drain hose a couple inches full. Is this anything to be alarmed about or is it normal?

Speedometer and Odometer not working?

I have an 05 Big Bear. The speedometer and odometer do not work. I took apart the cable from where it goes in to the little hole on the meter. I ran the atv but the needle did not move. Does this mean I just need a new cable? And is this hard to replace. Its only $22 on partzilla. Thanks for the help

2002 TRX250EX transmission/clutch/gear linkage issue

I purchased a 2002 trx250ex that was overheated and blew the centrifugal clutch. Using the service manual I repaired the centrifugal with a new one way bearing and the entire new centrifugal clutch. I replaced the crank as the bearing in the connecting rod gave out. I have replaced the top end as well. My issue that did not happen until I replaced the crank and rebuilt the transmission is the quad engages in reverse while in neutral with the neutral light on. The quad works properly in reverse as well and will cycle through the the forward gears. At first I thought it was a clutch issue but now I am not sure. The one way bearing in the centrifugal allows the clutch to move freely if I rotat the drive shaft forward while in neutral but it catches and forces the reverse engagement while spinning it in reverse. I feel like there should be an idle gear in the transmission that allows the engine to rotate the main shaft while allowing the countershaft to spin freely while in neutral. The only confusing part of the installation for me is the picture showing the neutral switch rotator on page 12-16. When I install the shift linkage on page 10-5 and align the dowel pin with the boss it changes the position of the neutral switch rotator to the 2 o clock position instead of 4 o clock. Any help would be much appreciated.
