Hey guys this site has been a huge help to me. Thanks! I recently bought a used 07 foreman 500. I have been going through everything. It was running a little rough so I just bought a carb kit and went through the carb. It was pretty clean but one plastic baffle I think was melted in the bottom of the bowl. It didn’t seem necessary so I put it back together without it. I basically swapped everything that came in the kit but one thing I couldn’t find and what I think is the pilot valve? It had some D shaped end and I couldn’t get it out so I just left it alone. Got it back running and it seems that it won’t return to idle quick enough. its kind of hard to shift through the gears because it won’t drop down quick enough. If you rev it up and wait long enough it will get back to a good idle, but takes too long. Also it won’t stay at an idle it will go a while and either sputter or quit. Any help is appreciated!

Since I can’t leave anything alone, I decided that I needed a Zombie Theme on my 2016 Outlander L. I found an Ebay seller that will custom make domed gloss emblems and they do a great job. The rear emblem is a 2" and the front is 2.75". I did have to pay for 4 of the 2.75" for $20. since they don’t normally make that exact size. Anyway, I’m very pleased with their emblems and they have a huge variety if anyone is looking to mix things up a little. I am in no way affiliated with the seller and gain nothing by bragging on them, but I thought I’d share their store with you guys. You can message them with your requests. I had the rest of the decals made by a buddy of mine locally on his vinyl cutter.

I am looking to see if anyone has added a rear drop basket or hitch mounted basket. I use my Polaris mostly for hunting and camping. I would like the ability to carry or haul extra gear.
Has anyone added a rear rack drop basket? Can you still use a L&R Box?

Is anyone using a hitch mounted cargo rack? How stable? Does it ride high enough?

I have found an awesome rear drop basket, but not sure if I could configure it to still use a rear box.

Any suggestions or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Purchased a 500 about 3 months ago and ran it several times, it seemed okay. Now all of a sudden it idles good, but when you give it the gas, it quits! Recently added new gas, changed spark plug, cleaned the carburetor and checked the fuel line and fuel filter which seem okay, Any suggestions as to why it now will start and idle but then just dies? Thanks for any help!

Hi, I recently purchased a 2005 Honda 400ex. It has an HMF jet kit and slip on HMF exhaust. It needed carb work so I cleaned the carb, and reassembled it. After this is ran great. The next morning I went out and realized the air box was flooded with gas and oil so I drained everything out. Some of my buddies to me to get a carb rebuild kit so I did and rebuilt it. I then changed the oil and cleaned the spark plug and it ran great. It runs well when the motor is cool but after it gets slightly heated up it begins cutting out at higher RPMs. The overflow tubes from the carb also leak gas for awhile after every time I drive it. Any suggestions? Should I Re-Jet it back to stock? New spark plug? Take it to dealer? I am new to all of this so any help appreciated, thanks.

After 35 years of road bikes I sold my last Harley and bought a 2002 Sportsman 700. I’m starting from scratch here, and need to know where to purchase oil, filters etc. in the GTA. I am in the Yonge and Steeles area of Toronto. Thanks, mbreen.

the lower A-arm that has the long metal bushing through it, I got one bolt out but now the other side won’t come out and just spins the whole bushing.
I tried putting the other side bolt partially back in and adding a second nut to tighten it as much as i could. Still no luck using an electric impact gun.
I don’t have an air impact gun but i will go try a $50 one from harbor freight if thats what you guys think it will take.
Any suggestions on this? The a-arm is fine, but i need to remove it to get the differential bolt removed that’s behind it so i can install a prop shaft.
