why does this unit run so HOT ? are they all like that ?

I am getting a wrench flashing with hdlbr flashing with it. any ideas what it is telling me? I just replaced the regulator/rectifier and it is charging perfect so I’m sure it has nothing to do with that. any help would be appreciated .

Im trying to piece a sportsman back together and it’s missing a few bolts. No Polaris dealer in the area and I can’t find the size of a bolt in my parts manual. Its for the radiator mount. Hopefully I can pick one up locally. does anyone know what size of bolt is used for Part # 7515399? Thanks

Okay, so I’m new to the Grizzly’s, I just picked up one two weeks ago, I have about a hundred miles on it thus far. I’m really loving the machine but I have noticed I seem to have a loud knocking noise when I’m going between 10-18 MPH, it seems to be coming from the right side. If I speed up it goes away and if I slow down it seems to go away. It also seems to be more noticeable when the engine is warm and/or under more load (my wife is riding on the back with me, not saying she is fat but just saying more weight haha) I’ve been doing the break in procedures as described in the manual but when I’m riding in that range that noise is all I can hear. The dealer I like is about 3 hours away so I don’t want to have to tow it down state if I don’t have to but could if needed.

So basically my question is, is this normal and something else people notice, or should I get it in?

For information sake, I also have a 2008 king quad 750 and it seems like it’s half as loud as this new grizzly (engine noise not exhaust)

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hey all new to forums and looking for help when I put my 05 foreman in gear it clicks fine then bumps to forward but wont go tried going through all 5 gears just wont move its like it’s stuck in neutral

So I pressed in new bearings and ball joints. Get ready to pur the a-arms and knuckles back on and find this.

One knuckle has a much smaller hole than the other where the top ball joint goes.

:th_smiliefrustrated I have cleaned every contact I can find and checked fuses and plugs,grounds etc. My quad won t start- I put key in and the instrument panel lights flash , I can hear the click ,click , solenoid working and have checked that and by pass it to check starter and a new battery with 12.6 volts . voltage regulator is good and stator works was checked last week when started and was charging. ( SO WHAT DOES THIS FLASHING MEAN ) SOME THING SOMEWHERE IS NOT WORKING. I swapped the black relays and when I pull it the lights go out and swap them and it continues.:th_smiliepullhair:

Hi, got a 06 300ex. Needs both low ball joints (a arms).
Parts zilla wants over $400 for lowers and another 300 if I ever need uppers. Short of spending $700 eventually..
Does aftermarket make stock length a arms for 300 ex?
All I can find is +3 way to wide, +1 would be max.
Any ideas? Thanks
