I am looking for a housing and/or complete front diff. Any information as to upgrades, rzr diff conversions, etc. is welcome.

Hey guys i have a 95 fourtrax 300 and cant figure out why my rims are rubbing the shock when i turn the bars all the way either way. Any help would be appreciated. Machine is all stock as far a lift or anything. Tires are 24×9-11

Got stranded when fuel pump stopped. Was in a bad spot on the hunting club. Very steep. Couldn’t pull it out. After 3 hours I was about to leave it then it crank. I don’t see a relay in this system. Any idea what could cause this. It’s a 2014 570 touring edition.

Hey I’m new to the forum and I just got a new to me 2007 TRX 420F manual foot shift. I’m looking for any advice on parts or links to parts I’ve been looking but have t really found a whole lot. There is lots of parts for ranchers but I’m not sure if they are the same. I’ve been looking at a fear reduction kit but I’m wondering if it is worth it with the manual transmission. The bike has a 2 inch lift in it, now on to the next thing just don’t know what that is. Any suggestions would be great thanks.

I’ve probably done more than 200 Cv axle / joint replacements in my life conservatively and never had one this hard to replace. (not all atv’s but cars, trucks and suv’s as well)

Had to pull the entire differential out with the other axle still in place. this was not fun to get out of the frame. The pinion gear is still froze to the driveshaft so I had to remove the pinion gear from the differential

Welded a couple of ears onto the cv joint so it would extend past the width of the jack so I could attach some steel rods to to get over the top of the jack. I actually broke one side off of this in the first attempt to pull the joint and had to add some gussets you can see in the last image.

Built a platform out of 2" x 1/2" flat bar with a couple of legs to stand the jack on leaving enough room under it to pull the joint.

Here is the top part of the puller and rods that go down to the joint and got welded up to the ears sticking out from the joint.

And finally the extracted joint. It took three tries in all to get the joint out with a 3′ pipe as a jack handle and 195 lbs of body weight using everything I had to make the jack go. I about gave up and gave it one more push of the handle and it popped. I initially thought another weld broke, but upon inspection the joint finally let go. The jack had oil coming out of every seal when it was all said and done.. You can actually see the shininess of the oil on the base in the last image..

First of all hello to everyone, first post but I’ve been lurking for a while. Lots of good info here.

Here’s my issue

I bought the last 2015 570 from a dealer at the end of May. I’ve got right at 7 hours and 27 miles on it. This weekend I went to pull it out of the basement for a quick ride and the brake handle went all the way to the grip. Took me a few minutes but I got it to crank by playing with the handle and pulled it out of the basement to the trailer. It will stop the machine about half the time but the other half nothing half to use the foot pedal. I called the dealer and the tech advised that he’d never heard of that issue that I’d need to bring it in. Dropped it off yesterday haven’t heard back yet.

Anyone heard of or had this happen on their 570?

So iv been taking in water in my belt box I changed the seal and it’s still happening I guess I gotta go threw all my joints on the tubes. I’s anyone els having this issue and if so what was it

Used seat, has a little road rash that has been touched up with liquid rubber. looks like late model 550 or 700 are a fit. $50 you pay to ship

Switched from 29.5 ol2s to 31 outlaws. With 2 riders it will rub the inner fender wells in some circumstances. Anyone have any fixes besides a lift? No spring spacers either. I have elka suspension. Seems like they rub the foot wells.
