Ok I’m having issues. I cleaned and rebuilt the carb. Now it idles fine but won’t open up with out bogging down and shuts off. I’ve checked the vacuum on the factory fuel pump. holds vacuum. I have the entire intake system installed. I did have to replace the plunger as it broke when I was replacing the Jet Needle. I may have screwed up the small washers above and below the spring. I did not replace the inline fuel filter. It’s just not getting fuel. What should I be checking? float level? Jet needle? I’ll pickup a new inline filter. Factory exhaust has baffle out.

So bought a 2011 polaris sportsman 850 xp eps. Love it the one ride I went with it. Got stuck and awd didn’t work. Drained fluids they were thick and black. Put clean proper demand fluid in and no AWD. I do not hear it trying to engage like I did on my 500 I am hoping it is a wire issue but how do I figure thathat out? Mainly how do I check if the power is making it to the front diff?

I have a 2001 Rancher 350 Manual shift and am wondering if the battery on these bikes recharge when the motor is running? Like a car. I am also wondering if I need to get a trickle charger for the bike while in storage. I live in Canada, well below zero these days and was hoping if I just ran the bike at least once a week I would be okay?

Hi guys, I recently bought a 1990’s polaris sportsman and the previous owner broke the counter balance dipstick off inside the engine which I was able to remove the metal stick and most of the broken plastic! Does anyone know what thread that is inside where the dipstick threads in at as I would like to insert a bolt for now, also does anyone know the part number for the dipstick that is supposed to go in there I cannot find this info anywhere and have not seen a stick like this one on ebay! It is the one with the screwdriver slot in it, thanks

I have a 2015 800 XMR anyone happen to know the torques for the bolts that hold the ring gear to the visco lok carrier in the front differential?? any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

so i found this gabriel overload shock for an old ford and its suppose to add 550 pounds of capacity to a truck.. have any of yall used a shock like this on an atv? its the same length as my stock shock and same mounts too.. it bolts right on.. i can buy two of these shocks new for $60 lol the factory shock is like $400 and not available… what yall think?

What is theconsensus on what fuel controller to use for the 2016+ as well as the 2015 andearlier motors. I think the pre-2016motors were pretty lean too and could generally benefit from a controller.

Obviously, a controller should work better with breathing mods for the motor (air box and exhaust), but I recall some people claiming that a fuel controller on the ’14/’15 motors made a meaningful difference when using stock airbox and exhaust.
