Anybody know mechanike?

He has an old posting for an exhaust pipe I want to buy. It may be long gone but I can’t get a hold of him to find out for sure. I’m hoping someone knows him personally so I can get in touch with him. I don’t need his personal info just ask him to check activity on his posts please. Thanks in advance for any help!

1000 Clutches on 650

Hello,

Wondering if a 1000 primary and secondary clutch will work on a 650. I know the weights and helix are going to be different, but maybe I can get an aftermarket clutch kit.

I know the 650 has the friction washer on the one way and the 1000’s don’t.

Has anyone done this?

Thanks

2016 outlander battery problems? please help

I have a 2016 canam outlander l570. i have had issues in hot weather with the machine stalling and idling around 800 rpms or no idle. When the machine is acting up the measured voltage at the battery while running with lights on and fan running is approx 12.6 and dropping. with lights off and fan not running machine is at 14.4. The dealership wont work on it becuase it stores no code during this event even though i showed him a video of lo batt flashing across my screen. Also my machine takes a few seconds during initial startup to display anything on the screen when the machine is cold? usually about 10 seconds before i see rpms or speedo….is this normal?
any suggesstions greatly appreciated.

thanks

Help with sons quad

We bought my 5 year old son a modded out scrambler 90 to ride. When riding at our old trails he did great but now that we ride on some new land with lots of hills and clay filled dirt he has been having issues. His tires pack quickly and he often spins out into the brush so for starters I am going to do away with the track tires. Second he often ends up veering off coarse when climbing small hills. One thing I considered doing is changing the stance. As of now it has flipped Douglas wheels on the front and spacers on the rear to widen the stance. My question is would putting this thing it back to its more narrow form help on the trail or would it be best to keep a wide stance to help prevent rolling. One of my favorite things to do is trail ride with my boy and after this weekend he has become afraid of the smallest hills so any help would be appreciated.

If you have any tips for small trail tires that would be great as well
