Grizzly 700 Rear Knuckle Bushings

My 07 Grizzly finally needs new bushings. I’ve always greased them regularly which is why they’ve lasted this long. Anyways, the exchange, duties, shipping, etc for anything out of the US is absolutely insane. I’m asking about the quality of All Balls rear bushings. I’ve used their wheel bearings in both grizzly’s and honda’s with absolute terrible luck. But maybe the bushings are equivalent to oem. Thoughts?

Questions need answering!!!

Okay so to start off with the questions I would like to know —

1. Has anybody managed to keep an aftermarket exhaust on the 570 without it trying to quit under water?

2. Has anybody ran over 30" tires on it and what performance needs did it require?

3. Has anybody ran center snorkels, managing to bypass the center light pod?

4. Has anybody done a bike handlebar mod, meaning to remove speedometer, light pod and leaving nothing but the handle bar?

Polaris Scrambler 500 Hi/Low tranny swap questions

First off here is a little back ground. A while back I picked up a 99 Scrambler 500 with some issues. Here is the original thread.

Where I am at as of now. I grenaded the secondary due to failed button bolts. So I acquired a replacement used secondary. When we pulled the secondary we noticed a crack in the case. Now I could have tig welded this but decided it was a good enough excuse for a HI/LOW tranny swap. I managed to pick up a tranny from a 2000 xplorer 400 with the shifter and linkage.

The swap is going well. So this brings me to my questions.

1. When removing the old tranny the 2 shims dropped out (the ones on either side of the tranny mount – 1 thick and 1 thin) I didn’t notice this right away and they got mixed up. Any idea what one goes on what side?

2. I plan on running 27" MudZillas on 12" rims due to the terrain here in Alberta (Muskeg) and also the large amounts of snow. So I want to put in a new primary spring and weights to help combat the weight of the new rims and tires and also the elevation. I ride between 2000 ft and 5000 ft. So I am looking for suggestions on the grams of weights and the spring, not an actual kit. Anyone have any suggestions?

3. For anyone that has done the HI/LOW swap, any tips that you can share or any things that you have done to accomplish this in a similar fashion and for similar usage to what I am trying to do?
