2012 800 RZR S – Rear Diff Failure
Just 2k miles on it, recent fluid change and inspection. Never abused. Headed for Arizona for some riding with local folks. Started on on an easy 100 mile loop….70 miles into ride, and in 2-wheel drive, I was stopped and when I took off all kinds of clatter from rear of RZR. Got out and noticed diff fluid on ground. Rode out to access in front wheel drive (4X4). Had to get ride forty miles back to truck. Took it in to local RZR dealer (Sun Valley, AZ) and showed him the damage (pinion gear head sticking out of bottom of diff.) Bearing failed. He said the rear diff’s were back ordered from the manufacturer and he would not get it till early June. This was on May 6th. Left it there for the extended warranty work. Will continue on my long trip and get back to Sun City area in Mid June to pick it up, hopefully. :rm_thumbdown:

Pro armor doors and or parts
I have a set of pro armor doors for a 800 or 900 rzr they are the brushed aluminum frames everything is new except the right door frame is used and bent in a little. I will part the doors out or sell as a set. It has the cut out aluminum panels and slam latches. I will sell the latches as set the panels as a set and the frame separate. The right side frame still functioned it was just pushed in a little at the top and kicked out a little at the bottom. Let me know what you need.

kills when wet
For mothers day the wife wanted to go on a bike ride, she took her mtn bikeiI took my Polaris Figured it has been raining all night and morning. Found a few puddles in the road and went through them, my 1998 Polaris sportsman 500 sputtered when wet. But ddidn’t die. It started to rain more and it seemed to want to die when it got wet. After a few times it would die, but always start back up. My question is what the $%&#& happens. I take this elk huntingin rain and snow so iI’d hate to be stranded because my ATVgets wet. What should I look for? When it starts up I can’t go too fast because it Biggs down and dies.
