I have a 1984 honda atc 200s that i am working on. We have reset the timing and firing, its getting air spark and fuel but will not start with pull rope. It will run if pulled behind another bike but once detached from the other bike it will shut off when ever it slows down and eventually stops. There is lots of back fire coming from it also. Any help or ideas will be use full.

Operated normal before washing, currently not turning over I somehow got to the point where the electronics turn on and sounds normal until I try to start it, charged the battery now it just makes a louder clicking noise. Jump started it with different quad it fired right up, it just won’t run on its own. Starting to think regulator or stator maybe, anyone got thoughts??

Hey so I have a 2001 rancher 350 ES that isn’t shifting properly. The screen thinks it is in 4th gear but the motor itself is in neutral. I can manually shift to 4th and then the screen says neutral. I get no flashing to indicate a bad sensor or anything so does anybody know anything about this? Thank you

What’s up everyone?! Just a quick question about my winch. Having a little trouble navigating the site, (damn newbie), so I apologize if I’m out of line here in this forum topic…
picked up an o6 kodiak 450, love it, and grabbed a used warn 2500 winch. I believe it’s the 2.5ci…? I plan on putting the solenoid under the seat to keep it dry and hopefully safe, and the wiring that came with it is too short. I can’t read the gauge size off of it, so if anyone can help out that would be great. the blue and yellow are larger than the red and black…not sure why that is, but I have some #8 lying around and was thinking I could use that for all the wiring…? Unless the wires that run to the winch have to be larger in order to handle the amperage load…? Any advice/info would be great! Thanks in advance!

so i am new to the EFI thing but unit cranks with no start. It had a lot of rodent damage to the main harness.(enough to justify a new one) so i replaced with a
OEM one and a new battary. no glory. i have no power to fuel pump or coil. i noticed it has no lights on the dash till i put it into gear and then the green neut. light flickers/ it stops turning over and single fuel pump relay starts buzzing next to battery. replaced PGM FI unit and angle bank sensor. thoughts?
