sad news today / crazey people

a few of these members think i;m crazy for working on my polaris ,
i am a bit like that , but sad news from down south ( a land down under ) a psyco crazed dim wit has driven his car through a public mall the other day and killed four and this may climb higher, it;s sad that society is turning out this way that people like these nut cases think this is the answer to their problems ,last year a crazed bim wit went psyco and killed two back packers ( young kids travelling ) , the do gooders in this country think we should reform them , dring back the death penalty is the best reform , no repeat offenders , it;s getting to the point it;s not wise to walk down the street any more, very sad news ,

Clutches slipping?

Ok guys so I have a 1993 Honda 300 fourtrax 2wd and here lately it has been slipping in only 4th and 5th gear. I automatically thought of it being the transmission but I decided to do some further investigating and decided it is not the rearend and it has to be the transmission or clutches. I’m leaning towards the clutches only because it’s slipping in high gear and only when you accelerate. Once you get up to speed and have higher Rpms it runs fine. So, what do you guys think?

Same bike New Love

So ive had 28" mega mayhems on my 800r outlander for a while green primary spring and while it went pretty good i needed more.

I scored a set of 30" silverbacks on 2016 XMR renegade beadlocks for $900 with 127 miles on them and ordered the Dalton DBO800M kit which I installed tonight.

First go around before I put everything back together was good! Decent power more than I had with just the green primary and 28’s but I felt it had more to give so I took it back apart and swapped the 3 remaining stock weights for 3 stock renegade 800 weights numbered (429) I think it was.

Holy smokes does the thing turn the F$&/ on! My love is renewed and I have a pissed off 800R that edged out a buddies new 1000r on 28" mayhems and the dbo1000rm clutch kit.

Just wanted to share!

2004 400ex

Hello I’m new to the forum and atvs. Purchased a used 2004 400ex. I heard some ticking in the head and assumed it needed a valve adjustment. I went by the specs in my clymer book. Now it won’t stay idling unless I back out the throttle cable almost all the way or it just stalls. Not sure what’s wrong. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.
