I have a 2006 Can-am 400 Max-XT. I have to replace the left front axle. I got the new axle no problem. I also need the new large oil seal that goes in the front lip of the differential and rides on the large portion of the axle where it enters the differential. I ordered a 293250137 seal which looked right but was from a 2005 schematic. The 2006 schematic does not show a seal at all, but my machine has one. Problem is the inside diameter of this seal is to small (won’t fit over axle), outside circumference and thickness is correct. Our BRP dealer can’t seem to get me an answer. Can anyone out there solve this problem. Surely someone must have replacde their seals in a machine this old by now. Any help would be appreciated greatly.
