Is the extra power worth it?

Hey guys, Im getting another xp41000 and was happy with my 15′ belt wear in the desert and was going to go duning but wrecked it before then. SO, with 90% of my ride in desert by Las Vegas and dunes twice a year is the suspension and power worth it over the reliability of the new weak primary clutch? so close to a turbo but gotta stay reliable between Primm and vegas.
