How to “go around” dealer for warranty

Long story short, bought a 2016 XMR 570 on Dec 23. Dec 27th I told the dealer the front shocks werent filled and I need them to look at them for warranty replacement. He said I could do it all with my first service. Well the bike rode really bad so 2 weeks ago I dropped it off for them to look at it. He calls me that evening saying they felt the same as his other " L " models and he didnt see any file numbers or something from can am stating these bikes were coming with bad front shocks. Im like, it might be the only damn bike without filled front shocks! All that do is bounce on the springs. So he kept it the rest of the week and then tells me still hasnt found anything online or wherever his magical place is he looks, to warranty my shocks. I have the weakest warranty of all, 6mo, which I am ok with. I get it, its an XMR. But its a week old when I tell him about the front shocks. They are not leaking or blown or anything otherwise it sounded like he would have replaced them. Help! lol. what do i do? In about 6-8 mo Id like to upgrade shocks anyway, but the bike is pretty much unridable right now. The front end bottoms out on anything, tires rub, and it just bounces. All front end stuff. back shocks work as they should. Thanks for reading, hope to get some good info!
