Fabricators: Ideas on how best to fix my bent A-arm Tabs

A-Arm mounting tabs on my XP900 are bent. Most of the holes are egged out as well.

I’m thinking stepped washers won’t be enough as a few of my tabs are bent pretty good. Thinking about the UTV INC weld in 15pc kit. (UTV INC POLARIS RZR XP 900 15 PIECE STEEL FRONT WELD ON GUSSET KIT)

Here are a couple of pictures. Any suggestions on the best way to straighten up the bent tabs before adding the gusset kit? I can use a torch to apply heat but not sure how best to apply pressure due to the small/tight space. Thoughts?

Or any other suggestions on a better solution? Thanks!
