500 foreman plastic
What is the difference in the tank side panels on a 08 foreman with fs or eps the honda shop has to different part numbers but don’t understand why if the body is the same between the two anybody know why or if they will interchange with each other
what do you use to protect the plastic?
I just picked up a 2015 4×4 foreman. It will work and play hard but I want it to stay looking good as long as I can. (The ’86 200sx it replaced was a beater.)
What do you guys use to protect the plastics?

Refinishing Racks?
I’ll probably be replacing my front bumper soon, and if I get a used one I’ll want to repaint it. This got me to thinking about refinishing the racks. I’ve seen a few posts about using bed liner for a tougher finish.
If you used bed liner, what did you use? Professional or DIY? If DIY was it spray, rattle can, or brush on? How is it holding up?
I guess I have the same questions if you used paint?
I know powder coat is tough and has good abrasion resistance, but once it starts coming off it’s time to start over. I’d rather have a paint or liner than can be repaired/resprayed pretty easily.
Another custom rancher bumper
Alright guys as some of you might know, I bought a 2013 rancher 420 at (with irs and power steering) for 3600 and it was practically brand new. Anyways after one day of owning it i cut up the fron bumper and I’m in the process of building a new one lol. This is my second rancher bumper and I’m building it a bit different… Stay tuned for update pictures!!:icon_gd:
Material to fill void in broken fender??
My left rear fender is cracked and has a void where material is missing. I’ve read on here a few different ways to fix the cracks, but I was wondering if anyone found a convenient material to use to fill the void where plastic is missing? The machine is too old to find replacement plastics and I probably wouldn’t want to spend the money on a unit this old.
plastic repairs
I have a 1986 honda 250 fourtrax and the plastics have a few cracks. They just get bigger as the days go by. Have heard a few ways to repair them. But what way would you say is the best. I kinda want something that looks good.
Ammo Can Storage
Got my racks coated, ammo cans and backrest mounted. Looks good so far, itching to get on the trails! Also put removable liner in one can for drinks n ice. Still trying to convince the better half I need new wheels…..
