RZR 1000 tie rod
Can anyone tell me where I can find a tie rod for a 2015 rzr1000? I bent one over the weekend and the dealer is telling me I have to buy a complete rack and pinion assembly to get just the tie rod.
XP900 Dual Rate Springs 300/400 lbs?
Hey guys i got a complete set of extra fox shocks when i bought my used xp900. They are dual rate front and rear and I know thats not stock. I took the shocks apart to repaint them and noticed the big coil reads 300 and small coil reads 400. Can anyone tell me who built these springs? They were yellow but someone painted them black.
sagging suspension
Ok so im new to this site and hoping I can get some valuable help
I have just bought a new 2015 1000 about two 1/2 months ago.
me and a buddy went down and bought two .after riding this weekend I noticed mine sits about 3" lower than his now..
there are no modifications done to it other than added a winch, light bar and stereo…
Called Polaris and was told by them its not covered under warraty they say its the nature of the beast and the springs are not broke so they wont cover this. Im very disappointed in this.. as it only has a 100 miles on it. it has never had 4 wheels off the ground at the same time not even a scratch in the lower control arms… I trail ride while climbing some decent size rocks…
So my question now is what aftermarket springs are you all using and like the best ..
Remember im not jumping it and getting stupid as they cost to much to replace and im not 25 anymore..and don’t want to listen to my buddy make fun of mine cuz his is bigger.lol

2015 rzr1000 a-arms
Third time out with this rzr and I bent a lower arm already. Wasn’t really rough on it this weekend but noticed it was bent when I got home. Is this a common this going that’s happening to these. Also would this be a part that Polaris warranty would cover. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Elka Spring rate decipher
Can any one help me figure out the code for Elka springs. B4.9 x 356 and R14.3 x 70. I know the 356 and 70 are lengths but whats the rest stand for?
Ride quality tire size/pressure?
Not sure if I should have put this in suspension or tires and wheels. Looking for the best ride possible for my xp4 900. Got the revalue done for my WE shocks which did make a big difference. Would I get a better ride with bighorns since I can air them down or mongrels? I know on the mongrels you have to run higher air pressure. Not sure how big of a difference that would make the ride? Would I also get a better ride with the smaller wheels/tires (lighter?). The two set ups I have are 28x10x14 mongrels on method beadlocks and stock bighorns 26x12x12 rear and 26x9x12 front on Diablo beadlocks.
