Anyone have anything to say on these quality wise or installation wise?? I just ordered a set since i didn’t really want to put mud flaps on my machine.
My 2014 XP1K-4 had started missing out pretty bad at low rpms (idle to 6000) and dies at idle. It still runs strong at full throttle with no missing out. Any ideas?
For me it has to be the steering quickener. That is a huge improvement over the lazy stock steering. I just recently installed a Pawltector e brake that is a good inexpensive upgrade also. No more slamming it into gear from neutral. This last weekend was the 1st ride with the Racertech medium springs front and rear. That is also a great improvement, not only more ground clearance but way better bottoming resistance and overall handling is greatly improved.
I tore down my diff, replaced the broken plastic sprague with a billet Black Rhino, moved the pinion shim to the other side the bearing, installed a new pinion seal and pinion bearing (without plastic). BUT, now it seems that my front wheel drive is not engaging though I am not sure how to properly test it. I was spun the rear tires in low on the street and there was no sign of the fronts spinning. Jacked up the rear and got the car rolling down the driveway on the front wheels and the floor jack with the rear wheels spinning in gear, 4wd on but the front wheels did not engage.
I was carful when I re assembled the diff, the coil ohms out good and it is getting full voltage.
Is there a better way to test the FWD engagement?
Is there a way to bench test the diff?
Is there any other test, beside ohms, for the coil?
I really do not want to have to pull the diff and have to tare it down again but I think that is where I am headed. The problem is what do I do when I get it apart and find every thing looks good (which I expect because I was very careful when I assembled it)?
I’m looking for a nice cage w/ rear bumper. I have a Toys for big boys cage on me 900s and it’s a great cage. I’m just not crazy about the rear bumper on the xp1k4 cage. I would like the brackets for the retractable harnesses on it. I like the UTV inc. thunderbolt cage a lot but there not willing to put the harness brackets on it. I’d like to see some pictures of cages that are available . Thanks

Just ordered a new toy and I’m pretty excited about it. Sends and receives text messages by satellite also has some gps features. I told my wife I really needed it for "work" (medical transport helicopter) in case we crashed I can send my location so I could be rescued (or realistically where my body can be found).
I’m excited to try this thing out and get it mounted in the RZR. I have seen the mounts offered by Delrome and don’t particularly like them. Any ideas? I do want to have it secure and within reach so that in an emergency it’s accessible, but at the same time visible while driving. Send pics of your mounts even if it’s a different model gps.

Hello everyone. I am new to owning a RZR and I am trying to find out recommendations for lubrication. Other than lubing the front A arms recommended by polaris, is there any other parts you all have been lubing based off of experience?
What type of grease do you all recommend? I was looking at using a Marine Grade. Also how often are you lubing components? Thanks in advance for the help.
