Looking to get a set of heavy duty tie rods. Im seeing a couple different styles but not sure what style is the right one for me. So looking for any feedback on hd tierods. TIA

I know this is not what most would do with your XP1k (specially not desert guys, not wanting extra weight), but on the East coast you can get these wide machines pinned against trees. After a recent side roll over where I dented B piller on cage and broke driver side bed, I have decided to do Cage wrx race cage and a custom Exo cage like a 1/2 inch wider then the rear flares, and tie them into my Lower Racer Tech tree kickers that I cut apart and brought out even with rear wheel as a true tree kicker. I also tied rear frame into rear racer tech bumper, bumper has 4 disconnects so you can take bumper off anytime also. I have always run a full cab (lexan frnt/rear windows and polaris upper doors), I will be making a custom set of windows and redesigning upper doors to fit my new Dirt Eng. Doors, I also run a custom in cab motoalliance heater. I have also cut back of bed off and done away with rear tail lamp section, as I am extending bed with custom plastic all the way to rear bumper. I made tabs on bumper for floor and sides and also extended heat shield over muffler to bumper with piece of aluminum. I have made tabs on Exo cage to mount flares and bed to, so bed is rigid without tail lamp panel, I will also run 2 inch round led tail lamps mounted to bumper. I will also do away with stock HL snorkles and build some off to sides out of PVC, to have better vision out the back, and mounting a 30 inch light bar above windshield with enclosure so not to damage from heavy brush and tree limbs I drive thru in my area. I will also tie front Highlifter bumper into the bar at bottom of windshield and have disconnects to remove bumper if needed. Hope this gives some ideas to anyone looking to spice up your XP1k, I will post some more pics as build goes on, I’m only couple weeks in. I’m looking for 16×7 5+2 wheels for my HL 1000. I have yet to come across a set. Anyone know of any manufacturers offering that offset?

Looking for a trans for a 2014 1000, anyone have any ideas where I might be able to pick one up?

I just picked up a new 2016 XP 1000 Titanium Matte Metallic over the weekend. I took it on its first ride on Sunday (Wow, so much fun!). Anyway, there is a center storage box on the dash that has a cover that you can open/close. I noticed that the whole box pops out of the dash and just rattles around but does not come completely out. I can push it back in but it keeps popping back out. Anyone have this problem or is this normal?
