Hey guys just hit the 2000 mile mark on my 2014, and I’m starting to notice some clunking in the front end from the a-arm bushings, so here’s my questions. What all are you guys doing when you replace the bushings? Are you replacing the ball joints, bearings, tie rod ends, and shock bushings at the same time? Also what about the rears, should I redo the rear at the same time so everything is fresh? I haven’t noticed any play from the rear, but I wasn’t sure. Going to do the brake pads also. I’ve seen that everyone recommends either utv inc or super daves for the bushings, but after 2000 miles I’ve seemed to have pretty good luck with oem stuff. I know if I order all that through Superdaves it’s $795, not sure on oem yet.

Questions regarding Water pump seal
Hey guys new to the forum here. I have a 2012 Rzr S. I have a few questions about my water pump seal I know it needs to be replaced where is the best place to order a new one? I have been told that there is a second seal I should also change while my water pump is off. Is this true? Is this a job I can easily do myself? I have also heard people venting the water pump is this a good idea to keep dust and mud out of the weap hole? Any down side to doing this? Thanks for the help

Another water pump seal
hey guys, so heres the deal, this past weekend i went down to North Carolina for memorial day weekend. While down there, other then blowing my axles out, i blew the water pump seal. At first I was thinking it blew out because i over heated my machine. I cleaned my rad out, not to much mud, thinking that was the problem. Then i realized the water pump leaking out of the weep hole. I called the local Polaris dealer and they had one in stock. I attempted to put the new seal in with what tools i had brought with me but when i filled the cooling system, the weep hole leaked even more. Did i not drive it in all the way or am i missing something? thanks in advance guys.

Anybody having problems with wheel bearings going out after about 500 mikes my 13 800 s keeps eating them don’t know if it could be the 2 inc offset wheels or lift any ideal.

2012 front differential Hub assembly?
I thought I had a busted sprauge cage on my RZR s. After tearing the front differential apart today I found that not only is the cage broken (aluminum one) but the hub assembly is stuck together and not turning freely. Part number 2 in the attached drawing. I called the dealer they want 364$ for it. Is anyone sitting on one or know of a aftermarket option for me?
anyone bent a apillar cage mount?
Has anyone bent an a pillar cage mount or will it hold up and simply bend the frame where it’s bolted down?
I bought some doors and the pass side won’t fit right, looks like the machine has been on its pass side but really lightly since the cage is barely scratched up however it looks like the mount is slightly pushed in and back. Just enough to where the new door frame hits and won’t bolt up.
I see a new cage mount is $55 however it looks cast to me which I thought typically snaps off not bends out of shape.
I have a feeling I’m just gonna have to take it to frame shop to pull the frame back to shape just not sure if itll be worth it. I really like the doors but their not worth $1,000 between the doors and framework. The machine is fine otherwise, I never even noticed the mount was slightly off if it wasn’t for the door frame not dropping right into place.

Belt Replacement
Hello, it looks like I damaged my drive belt on my Polaris Rzr 800s. It is not running as well as it did. The RPMs are high and the machine is not moving fast. I am looking to replace the belt. Can anyone recommend a belt for severe punishment.
