Anyone have a link for the pinion gear nut fix,I’m going to take the rear end out today

My overflow tank developed a crack yesterday and won’t hold fluid. We want to ride tomorrow over the holiday and dealer isn’t open on Sundays. Anyone have a temp fix so we can go?

Hi i have a 2010 ranger rzr 800 s and some of my boots ripped and i was looking for some on ebay and theres a ton of them that say front or rear or cv joint and stuff and i was wondering what the difference is between them…what are the ones that come out of the front and rear called and what are the boots that come from the wheel called and why is there a front and rear..seems like it should be a common size thing…so if someone could please clarify that would be great…and maybe include links to upgraded ones cause i need multiple boots at the wheels and the diffs…thanks in advance

Hello all i have a 2014 RZR 800S and the shock bushings squeak like crazy and its extremely annoying I have been trying to locate somewhere to purchase polyurethane (or equivalent) replacement bushings and seems to be difficult to locate anyone out there have any info on finding these or fixing the issue responses much appreciated.

I ran into a problem that I haven’t been able to find the answer for. I installed a new water pump seal tonight. How ever I have run into a problem. I took the plastic cover off and used a socket to drive in the seal. The seal fell apart when removing the socket. Yes I was not happy. That being said, should I have removed the plastic cover? I can see the inner piece matches the brass or copper part. The notches fit the raised part. But does the lip go toward the oil pump side or impeller side? Next do I need to press the ceramic part into the metal cup on the spring? In the manual it says to put the ceramic side inward. Or do I need to buy a new one wait a week and start over?

Looking for a new primary clutch mine is trashed it won’t even come apart for the spring or weights.
What options do I have? No one I’ve called has a Team clutch, local dealer can get somwthing minus spring and weights for like $450 but don’t remember the brand maybe just polaris.

who has the best deal for a plow winch set up looking to buy just need a good deal since it doesn’t snow much here. and whats the best for with 72 or 66

Currently have a Polaris exhaust on my rzr but also has FMF written on the silencer along with Polaris. Guessing this is a upgraded exhaust, or at least the silencer. Anyone familiar with this exhaust system and any recommendations appreciated? I’m looking to find a stock exhaust to put back on it if anyone may have one they want to get rid of. It’s not really loud but louder than I would like it to be.
