Shift out speed mph

What mph are you guys machine shifting out at with 26 " tires? I understand it’ll be different for everyone but trying to see where others are at.
I’m trying to dial in my dalton kit on a new team primary and didn’t get very far. It seemed like at 58-5900 rpms it slowed down but there wasnt a real pause on the tach it just slowed down a lil and was easier to read. I was hitting about 50 mph and running out of room. Wondering if I wasn’t in it long enough and was almost there, I got upto 6150 but it was a slow pull and I figured it shifter out way before then.
I started with the alum tip weights pressed in and 3 long screws and it seemed to be around 5750 and round after round i ended up removing all the screws and drilled out the tip weights I still only seemed to be around 5900 so I was thinking I’m not seeing the shift out. Also didn’t seem to feel.much difference between all the weights maybe from 5700 to 5900.
I don’t think it’s because of my mods because I don’t think a bb kit and muffler is anything radical just wondering what I’m missing.

I’m gonna call Todd tomorrow for some help bit looking for more here as well.

Transfer case absolutely BLOWN

So i bought a 2010 ranger rzr 800s from this dude a couple weeks ago and long story short it started clicking and i narrowed it down to the transfer case and took it all apart and not 1 drop of oil in it and it had mud in it so every bearing was shot and every gear was rounded teeth and shot and everything rusted so where in the hell (besides a polaris dealer) can i aquire a new set of gears bearings and seals and bearing shims

Can’t change gears after belt change.

Back story: cruising along flat dirt road at about 55mph when we heard this god awful explosion sound. Thought engine blew. A couple seconds later, I could hear the engine still running. Revved it a couple time to confirm. Relieved, I realized I lost a belt.
At home began tear down. Removed access panel to get to clutch cover. Noticed the clutch vent tube and pipe were melted! Yes, melted! Pulled it off and saw that there was what looked like a mouse nest right in the end. This I think restricted the hot air causing the thing to melt. Clutch cover off looked like a warzone. Fibers wrapped around primary and secondary’s. Cleaned everything up got everything unwrapped. Even sprayed it all out with brake cleaner to remove the melted stuff. Replaced with new Gates G-Force belt. Turned on and made sure both clutches moved. Put everything back together and now I have to wrestle it to get it in any gear. Some grinding between. I looked at a previous suggestion about gap on primary and it looks even. So I haven’t removed any spacers on secondary. I’m stuck. Any help to get me back on the trail would be appreciated.
